The service attitude is extremely bad. After I checked out, my Wi-Fi line had problems and I needed to contact customer service, so I asked the front desk to connect to the Wi-Fi, but the front desk refused again and again, saying a lot of nasty things and saying how bad China is... My friend and I agreed to meet at the hotel, but because he was not familiar with the route, he waited for his friend at the front desk. The front desk used very nasty words to drive him away, and finally called the police to drive him away!

The room was small and dirty, and the towels were as dark as rags. Ctrip prices were also expensive, so I went directly to the front desk and asked for 50,000 Korean won, which is more than 200 yuan! It’s so dark on Ctrip!
