Our family of four stayed in two rooms for two nights.
The rooms were clean and well-cleaned.
However, the key given to us by the front desk at check-in was only set for one night, and we were locked out of the room when we returned home late at night on the second night.
We went to the front desk to check, but the staff had been away for hours, and the phone at the front desk to contact us when we were not there was not connected at all. Other people who arrived at night also had trouble checking in.
We had to stay in the other room, which only had one double bed, and we went back and forth between our room and the front desk to wait for the staff, who we didn't know when they would return.
Thanks to the help of TripAdvisor, the staff returned at dawn and reset the card key, but we could hardly sleep, so we had to cancel all our plans after that.
It was the first time we had been given a card with a wrong setting, and although it was a 24-hour service, the front desk was not there at night and the emergency contact number was not connected, so we felt that the hotel had a low level of awareness.
