Not a comfortable stay. Dented furniture, sofa covered in dust and front desk not friendly. But bedsheets and bathroom are clean. Location is convenient. Airport bus available. The standard is much lower compared to other hotels under the same chain. Would not recommend.

I was on a business trip in Seoul and chose this hotel after a friend recommended me to stay near Cheongnyangni. The pictures online looked good, and although the price was a bit expensive, I could accept it. I chose a deluxe double room. When I arrived and checked in, the room was very small and the hygiene was poor. The sheets and quilts even had holes, and there were stains on several pillows. The room was on the 11th floor, but the soundproofing was average, and I could hear the cars coming and going outside. The air conditioner was very noisy. What was even more bizarre was that the faucet started dripping in the middle of the night, even though it was turned off before going to bed.

The front desk staff were very kind.
They spoke Japanese, so check-in and check-out were smooth.
It's conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the station. The bus stop is also nearby.
It's a little far from central Seoul, but there's a Lotte Mart at the station, so it was a convenient location.
The room was spacious. There were plenty of amenities, and the room was well-cleaned.

The shower switch button was broken, so I couldn't use the shower at the height I wanted the most, which was disappointing. They said they could speak Japanese, but some people didn't, and when I asked to borrow a hanger, they said they would deliver it to my room later, but they never came.
