The room was alright. Rather small but had everything you needed. People with heavy suitcases should however be careful as they don‘t have an elevator. Service was really friendly. The location is really good (four floors). Only bad thing we noticed were the dusty bedsheets.

The shower water ran down the door and leaked into the bedroom, almost flooding it.
There was a warning sign, but I only noticed it later so I wish it was written larger.
The hot water switch button for the shower was too stiff to pull, and since the switch for the exhaust fan and the light was the same, it was difficult to pull in the cold winter.

Considering the location and price, the overall value for money is good.
First of all, I didn't know that the check-in deadline of 12 o'clock was 5 minutes past, but when I contacted them in advance, they kindly accommodated me and I was able to check in safely.
The staff was also very kind.
I brought all my own amenities, so I don't know if I could get extra ones, but the room only had shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and soap.
The toilet was Korean-style (connected to the shower and sink), but it dried quickly, was clean, and was comfortable.
There are few restaurants open late in the area, but the subway and bus stations are close, and the main tourist attractions are close (some people can even walk there).
I'm personally satisfied!

It was my first time to Korea and I was unfamiliar with the place. I couldn't find the hotel entrance after exiting Dongdaemun Gate 4. I had no choice but to call the hotel front desk. A Chinese person answered the phone very enthusiastically and came out to pick us up right away. After a long time, we found ourselves in a small alley. The hotel is in a really good location. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Dongdaemun Wholesale Market to buy clothes, Hyundai Duty Free Shop, Dundun, and Apm Place. It is very convenient to go to Subway Line 1 and Line 4, and it is only 2 stops to Myeongdong. The hotel room is very small and it is still affordable, so you have to be prepared for this. Anyway, I basically come back to sleep. In addition, the hotel's floor heating is really awesome, so I don't need to cover myself with a quilt at night.

I chose this guesthouse after reading reviews, and although there were some comments that made me a little unsure, it was very clean. I've stayed in many guesthouses, but this was one of the nicest! The shower room was spacious enough, and there was no problem as long as you were careful about how you used the shower. The hair dryer was a little too loud, so I was a little worried about using it at night, but other than that it didn't bother me at all. There were a lot of toy shops around, so I enjoyed it a lot as I like miscellaneous goods. There is a convenience store a short walk away.
