We stayed here a second time and everything was nice the first time. Now it was terrible because desk personnel made a force check-out for us (we didn't ask for this, it was 10:00 and we had time to 12:00) after we asked about holding our baggage at 1F. And told us to use B4 laggage storage for 1000 krw per hour per 1 item.

チェックイン、チェックアウトもとてもシンプルで韓国語分からなくてもいけた。日本語できる人もいた。
前泊まったホテルが韓国語が分からず戸惑ってしまったらバカデカため息つかれて辛かったからすごく快適。
脂肪吸引のダウンタイムで使わせてもらった為部屋で寝るためにゴミ箱だけ外に出して掃除しなくていいですカードかけておいたらゴミだけ回収してくれてて、清掃のおばちゃんが｢水いる？シーツ変えなくていい？｣と韓国語ながら何とか伝えてくれて水2本とタオルだけくれた。傷口から血が止まらなくて血だらけの圧迫着見ても優しかった。
清掃してくださいカードかけてるとピンポン押したと同時くらいに入ってくるから気になる人は注意。
洗濯機使わないと思ってたけど散歩中に出血で血がついちゃったスカートとか洗えてあってよかった。
電子レンジもデカイ冷蔵庫も部屋にあって買いだめたご飯食べるのにめちゃくちゃ助かった下のコンビニで買ったお粥とかチンして食べてた美味しかった。
部屋でYouTubeとか見れたのも救われた総じて大満足！
ホテルからタクシー使う人は目の前で停めると道狭いからたまに現地のその辺の店の人とかに文句言われるかもだけどすぐ乗ってでれば大丈夫歩ける人はちょっと広いところまででれるといいかも。
チュンムロ駅めっちゃ近いから便利！

3泊利用させていただきました。
明洞や東大門、色々な場所に電車で行きやすくとてもよかったです。
ホテルは冷蔵庫も大きく清潔感は普通でした。
問題なしです。
2泊目、3泊目とシーツ交換というよりはシーツや布団を整えた感じでした。

Like you booked a studio on residential building, I don’t understand how it 4 star hotel!!!! residential ok like rent a studio with cleaning service, the cleaning not clean just remove trash.
