Hotels in Sendai

"We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel."

"Was this building originally intended for single occupants? Actually, I liked that; the room was very spacious and comfortable. I'd love to stay there again!"

"The location of the hotel is convenient just walk along sky walk through AER building you will see the hotel.The room is bigger than the other hotel we stayed during this 13 day trip. We stayed here for 2 nights. The first day of our stay, 2 water bottles, set of green tea and coffee were provided in the room. Because we would like to save the environment so we agreed with the hotel not to change towel and bed sheet.The the second day nothing was provided only garbage picking. But my friend's room was different . Everything was provided because they didn't say anything. Even we didn't want to change bed sheet or towel but we still want to drink coffee or tea. So we were confused with the hotel service.Anyway we still recommended this hotel to anyone who come to Sendai."

"The hotel location is near the shopping mall and 5-10 minutes from the Sendai Station. However,I will not recommend this hotel If you have rented a car for your trip as the hotel does not have its own car park. There are 3 shared car parks near the hotel and they are quite full on Sat and Sun."

"Fantastic hotel in a very convenient location. It is close to everything, including Sendai Station, shops, and bus stops, with several convenience stores nearby. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It had live music, free refreshments for guests after 3 p.m., and live piano performances in the afternoon. In the morning, there was live organ music, which created a very special atmosphere. The staff were always polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great views."

"The accommodation is within walking distance to the subway. The cleanliness is good. The receptionist / Font is very good and helpful. But I would like to deduct points for the restaurant service because my family and I ** paid for additional breakfast coupons. But disappointed with the service of some staff in the restaurant. On the last day, I came down to the restaurant later than the other days, which was at 9.10 am. At that time, I was the only one in the restaurant. And a female staff who is quite old usually wears black. Arranged plates + spoons + placed things very loudly many times, which is different from every day. And the breakfast service time at the hotel is from 7.00 - 10.00 am. I spent my breakfast in a hurry. Only 5-7 minutes. It's better than pressuring me in this way because it feels very bad with this service. ** I don't want excellent service, just the general standard that it should be. **"

"The location is great, right in a shopping street, about a 15-minute walk from the station. There are plenty of shops nearby, making it very convenient for dining and other needs. The hotel uses a self-service check-in and check-out system at the front desk, and the overall experience was excellent. The room I booked this time was over 30 square meters, which is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel and offers great value for money. The facilities are also relatively new. I'm very satisfied with my stay."
