For my mother who has difficulty walking, they were very accommodating and kind, changing our room to one near the elevator! The baths and views in the main building were also amazing ♪ The baths in the annex were closed due to repairs, but we were able to use the baths at the nearby Zuiho, which was very satisfying! There were also many shuttle buses, which was very helpful!

The moment I entered, a nice scent spread out in the lobby. The ceiling was also high, and I felt the harmony and nature by seeing the carp swimming in the wide 々 space and seeing the scenery outside. The hot spring has an open-air bath, and it was nice to have hot water or somehow. The staff were smooth and full of hospitality. It was great to enjoy table tennis for 500 yen for 30 minutes! The rooms are also wide 々 and I definitely want to go again!

The structure of the house is really good. The quiet and beautiful environment makes people linger and forget to leave. The service is really great, the best one I have ever met. The whole hotel is extremely clean, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, the body and mind are pleasant and relaxing, and the hot spring bath is so enjoyable. If I come again ten times, then I am willing to continue to go. It just happened to be Father's Day, and I was fortunate enough to enjoy the piano and saxophone performance of the president and his wife. The sentiment has improved a lot! Both dinner and breakfast were great!

The room is a bit small for three persons, though i think it is the normal room size in japan. It is still worth the money. The hotel provides sharing space next to their lobby with all day snack bar and night light meal. The onsen is nice but i think a bit too hot. Overall, love the place

Location is great, very close to the East exit of the train station. Good size room but housecleaning is a bit sloppy. Found hair on the bed and an unwanted hair band on the floor the day when we checked in. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.
