One of the best hotel in semarang , really friendly and helpfull staff , the waiters are so friendly , the foods are excellent taste and good room , the hotel is so clean , for sure will come back someday... Novotel semarang is recommended for travellers

The room is very nice although quite small. I went with my family of three and asked for one extra towel & toothbrush but not given because of the hotel policy. It would be nice if we could have one because we only have 1 child. I recommend the hotel to relax this policy and would consider giving 5 stars. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is recommended for everyone to try.

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

I booked this hotel by app . This hotel located in city center of semarang closed by simpang lima. When we parking our motorcycle bit confuse because no guard there that can help us , so i think it mix between guest and employee. Start check in around 4 pm , i do believe in those time will busy during weekend , but start with disappointed for first impression of the front desk team . I booked 1 room large bed and non smooking room but not available and they offer smoking room . We take it but still disappointed , i thought they didn't read our reservation carefully when they got my reservation by app. They just asked our ID for copy it and fill reservation form and give the keys but they didn't give us clearly information about the hotel. Likes where and what time breakfast take place , another facilities. When we arrived to the room they said my room number is 502 and i try to open it ,but it didn't work and i check in the small envelope the room is 503. Luckily the guest in 502 didn't know this case because i saw the guest 502 came around after i move to 503 . The room is spacious and comfort but during the night we sleep, i can hear the next door guest turn on tv till morning because our room has connecting door. Swimming pool in 3rd floor not large but its okay, we looking the pool towel we didn't find it even pool attendant we didn't find it too. Breakfast at 2nd floor , the menu has so many choice , you can take it by yourself. When we meet the employee , almost of them less hospitality to greet the guest sometimes i do first , i think they need to improve their hospitality . I only found 1 women in front desk that she has good impression on hospitality during my check out time with gray uniform , didn't likes the 1 women in front desk with orange uniform during my check in which look didn't care about the guest. I hope it will be a good improvement in the future .

I had my stay on 28 - 30 October. Overll the check in process was smooth and the room is comfort. The disaster happened on the next day when I went down for breakfast at 6:20 in the morning. I understand the bfast started from 6 am and the reason I went dow at 6:20 was to avoid the crowd and to select the seats we wanted. There was not many waitress in charge I have to call them for tea and coffee. The duration of waiting for coffee and tea ws about 30 mins until I have to contact them again and again. The weird things that there was nobody incharge in Semarangan section and Dimsum section and Roti Kukus Section ( I took the photo attached). I even asked the staffs what time the staff arrived and start serve the guests. One of the staffs said that some of them were still prepared the breakfast and the manager was not stand by also in the restaurant. It was terrible experience for 5 star hotel like Tentrem. On fact I had enjoyable and memorable stay and experience when I stayed at Padma Semarang on the previous stay. The staffs esp in the restaurant are more attentive and details. Good value for money. I booked 3 rooms. One of the non-smoking room smells like smoke, but the hotel switched it with another room, so problem was resolved pretty quickly. The hotel has sufficient selection of the ala carte food menu, it was freshly made therefor it tooks sometime. Great service 10/10 everyone was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a small swimming pool, located outdoor with shades, next to the restaurant. Perfecr for family with small kids

It was ok for a short stay. Clean room but Sheet and towels need to be improved. A large parking spare and the hotel is attached with a supermarket.

it's perfect, even better than a regular five star hotel, service is great, lobby is fabulous, breakfast is outrageous abundant, room is nice, the view is pool view which I.deeply regret not choosing the first floor room which can own a entrance to the poor.

I've stayed for 2 nights on my staycation in Semarang. Room is clean, tidy and comfy, but there are some spots on the towel. Also the spray jet valve were leaks, so I got to turn it on/off during using it. I like the breakfast menu, quite variative choice and tastes goods. The sky pool was fresh in the morning, but don't forget to applied sun block on your skin. Overall is good for an affordable price.
