The hotel is in a strategic position, a few kilometers from Padua and well connected to the other centers of the Veneto. The structure is welcoming, with a large car park and a large garden. Breakfast quite rich and varied. Large and well-equipped rooms. Small note: I happened upon the days in which the cutting of the soybean crops was carried out and the area was therefore infested with bed bugs (not to be confused with bed bugs which are something else and which were not present inside the 'hotel). The hotel has taken all necessary precautions to avoid inconvenience to customers due to insects. Despite everything in the room I found some bedbugs killed by the sprays used. An inconvenience immediately resolved with great efficiency and availability. Otherwise the stay went great.

Hotel molto vintage e tranquillo! Camere old style ma spaziose anche se una modernizzazione non sarebbe male!! Ottima la colazione e personale molto gentile e disponibile ! Forse aggiustare un po’ di cose a livello estetico potrebbero farlo migliorare parecchio!

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo nei giorni di fine anno, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto al di sotto delle aspettative. La struttura, che avrebbe grandi potenzialità, sembra mal gestita e poco accogliente. Al nostro arrivo, il parcheggio era deserto e le zone comuni non erano nemmeno riscaldate, probabilmente per risparmiare. Lo stesso problema si è verificato nei bagni delle camere, dove i termosifoni erano spenti, causando molte lamentele tra gli ospiti. La colazione è stata un momento particolarmente sgradevole: due addette osservavano ogni movimento dei clienti con aria di controllo, quasi come delle guardie, rendendo l’atmosfera tesa e poco piacevole. Inoltre, la qualità e la varietà dell’offerta erano molto limitate. A peggiorare il tutto, ho notato una signora anziana, presumibilmente legata alla gestione, seduta vicino a una stufetta, che rimproverava e insultava i dipendenti davanti agli ospiti. Questo tipo di atteggiamento non fa che peggiorare l’immagine complessiva della struttura. In conclusione, l’albergo ha sicuramente delle possibilità di miglioramento grazie alla posizione e alla struttura, ma l’attuale gestione sembra inadatta a valorizzarle. Peccato, perché con un approccio più attento all’accoglienza e al comfort degli ospiti, potrebbe diventare una meta molto più apprezzata.
