the family who owns this hotel are very nice and accommodating people. they allow me to have extra time for check out when I am busy with zoom calls which go over the check out time.

overall, the building could use a face lift. The rooms are clean, but could use a few improvements. A small love seat type couch to watch TV would be nice.

Our recent stay at super 8 hotel was delightful experience that exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in a quiet corner, this hidden gem offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Definitely come back for sure! Thank you

When I got to the room, I checked the bed first. Pulled back the covers and it was all wrinkled like someone had slept there and left stains on the sheets. I was moved to another room. Bed was fine, but the door didn't shut thoroughly or lock. The place was old and dirty looking. Badly needs an upgrade. I also received 6 email receipts sent at approximately the same time.

Nice rooms everything was clean and comfortable beds. Service was excellent as well. Very quiet area and peaceful place. Big parking lot with more than enough space to park. Overall, everything was good!

This place is very exclusive. They have the most beautiful palm trees. I love the fast and excessive way to get to the freeway. They are extremely friendly and a helpful thank you for my stay. I will return.

Super 8, Selma, CA. is a DISASTER. Their stated check in time is 2 PM. We arrived after 3 PM. We made our reservations 6 MONTHS in advance. When we arrived the room type on our reservation had been magically changed. We had our printed paper copies showing exactly what room choice we actually reserved. The desk mgr. refused to even look at them and only cared about what was on his computer screen. After 10 minutes of fooling around he decided to honor our reservation but we would have to wait for a room to be prepared for us. After waiting another 30 minutes (now it’s almost 4 PM) he announced our room was ready. We trudged up the steps taking most our luggage. After several attempts the key card finally opened the door. The linens were clean, unstained, and fairly new but thin enough to use for a veil. The mattress was hard as rock with one paper thin blanket and likewise bed spread cover. Otherwise, the room was an arm pit. There were paint splatters on everything that shouldn’t be painted. The coffee pot was missing. The clock was missing. The desk lamp was missing. The cover for the bath vent fan was falling off. The lamps over the bed had exposed BARE wires dangling from where a light bulb socket once was. All the duplex cover plates were missing. The toilet seat was loose. The security chain on the door was broken off and missing. Only one each face cloth, hand towel, bath towel, and bath mat was provided for a double bed room. We went down stairs and complained about the room condition. We were told nothing could be done about the condition, because they had no more of our room type available. They gave us a dripping wet coffee maker and some coffee packets. That was the total extent of our compensation. The place was nowhere near its total capacity. In fact, the parking lot only had about 10 cars/trucks in it. There was no lack of other rooms available. It was clear the attitude this location displays is due to dealing with low life “drop in” customer without reservations. Then they can jack up the price at a moments notice. The real issue here is; that Wyndham Corp really doesn’t care what kind of crappy accommodations their franchisees provide as long as they keep paying their franchise fees.

No human, or pet should be staying here. Fresno County Health Dept needs to open an investigation closing this Super 8 down. Its inhabitable. Stench so bad, gagged, threw up. Dirt thick every inch at facility, mattresses stained browned, decades old. rodent droppings found at the ice machine. Carpets stained. Bathrooms unsanitary, dark crud seen. Took multiple photos.
