"The hotel generally makes a good impression, but design isn't everything. We didn't like the location of our room, which was right next to the parking lot. All we could see from the window were cars, and we had to keep the window closed because even slightly opening it let in exhaust fumes. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room seemed uninterested in customers. The breakfast itself was acceptable, but nothing special. We would have expected a wider variety of high-quality cold cuts and cheeses for the price. The breakfast room felt more like a youth hostel. Overall, the stay was okay, but definitely not in this room."

"I followed the navigation, but couldn't find it no matter what I tried. Apparently, the Bella logo on the side wall is gray and really hard to spot, plus it's quite short. They really should have put a picture of the exterior on the first page, or enlarged it in the email to emphasize it! For self-check-in, the password I was given didn't work; the keypad lock was showing a red light. A friendly foreigner passing by offered to help, and after confirming it wasn't my problem, I called the front desk. Thankfully, they answered quickly and were very friendly. They did a quick back-end check, and the original password worked. However, he didn't apologize at all; I had to thank him profusely. His sense of responsibility is truly speechless. People come all this way, their backs and butts are sore from the journey, and they just want to get in quickly, and this is what they get? It's infuriating."

"The only hotel I stayed at in Iceland had very poor soundproofing, probably because some particularly loud guests were shouting and it really disturbed my rest. The location, service, and hotel environment were acceptable for one night. There were many restaurants opposite the hotel."

"Located on a main road with convenient parking and beautiful surroundings, the guesthouse has multiple rooms and several shared bathrooms and toilets – definitely enough for everyone! The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of delicious foods, fruits, and great coffee! The owners were friendly and generous! There's a spectacular river waterfall nearby. I chatted with the owner a bit when I left in the morning, even though my English isn't great! 😊 Highly recommended!"

"Right by the river with a big lawn, you can sit outside when the weather's nice. The indoor dining area is spacious, and there's a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The best part is the excellent soundproofing. The host is also very nice."
