ive enjoyed my stayed and honeymoon here and because of this place i fell in love with batam..the staff were very helpfull and well trained...can understand and converse well either in bahasa malaysia and english...the place is clean and disable-friendly with ramp and etc...the spa was nice,the pool is cleab,room and ambiece is really fresh...would love to stay here again...suitable for stress free enviroment even its a bit far from any famous spot in batam but perfect for healing and relaxing

I booked for the Suite Room .
For my room , the TV Channel is not working at all but luckily able to access to YouTube and Netflix .
The room is clean and cozy .
There is a little conflict on the selection of room , mine was Suite with Pool View but in the description , it shows “ Seaview “ instead . Exact, it was Pool View. There is only 1 cafe, the environment is pretty good just that the food is soso .

Resort rather run down, shower was dirty and faulty. Each shower led to the entire bathroom floor being soaking wet. Nevertheless hotel staffs were nice, helpful and friendly. Even provided shuttle bus to nagoya and nearby malls + to and fro of custom. Was an alrighty stay but wouldn’t go again

The hotel has a reading room that provides free beverages and a chess set. There are whole fruits provided during breakfast as compared to the other Barelang hotels. There was also live band at the swimming pool although there are no attractions nearby. It is nice that the hotel provides free shuttle to and fro the ferry terminal. The room is spacious as well as the toilet.
