Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Das essen war exzellent. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit vielen Saunen.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, where the service from the staff was exceptional. Each morning was delightful thanks to the wonderful variety at breakfast. While we found the chef's dinner dishes not to our taste, the salad buffet was impressive and satisfying. The spa and heated pools were truly a highlight of our visit, providing the perfect way to unwind. I’d like to give a special mention to Ivan, our kind waiter, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, this hotel has left a lasting impression on us, and we are already looking forward to our return!

Wir kommen schon viele Jahre in dieses tolle Hotel und fühlen uns jedesmal sehr wohl! Toller Empfang, wunderbares Personal besonders die "Frühstücksperlen" Carolin und Silke!! Frühstück und Abendessen sowiso top! Zimmer sehr sauber, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Unser Hund fühlt sich auch sehr wohl bei Euch 😉 Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!

Wieder mal ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Das Hotel liegt perfekt in Seefeld und verfügt über einen tollen Spa-Bereich. Das Essen am Abend ist abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft. Die Nachmittags Jause ist perfekt um sich nach der Wanderung zu stärken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend jedoch spürt und sieht man, dass sie mehr Kollegen an ihrer Seite gebrauchen können. Wir waren bereits einige Male im Krumers und haben den besten Hoteldirektor schmerzlich vermisst. Herr Mödden war ein Hoteldirektor der, egal wie voll und stressig es war, immer für die Gäste da war. Er hat gemeinsam mit seinem Team eine freundliche und herzliche Art an den Tag gelegt! Schade, dass er nicht mehr da ist, er hat seinen Job gelebt!

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit einfacher Anfahrt und geräumiger Tiefgarage. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen sehr lecker und angenehme Portionen. Getränkepreise in Ordnung. Wellnessbereich großzügig und modern mit vielen Ruhebereichen. Zimmer sauber aber sollten renoviert werden.

struttura magnifica con SPA di altissimo livello e cucina gourmet , ubicata felicemente nella pace tirolese. Professionisti assoluti in tutti i settori : partendo dalla reception ( menzione speciale per la splendida signora italiana ), proseguendo con bar e bistrot, arrivando al ristorante in cui si consumano esperienze straordinarie, concludendo col personale wellness di altissima levatura. Dieses Hotel besuchten wir zum 2.Mal und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Freundlicher Empfang, super Frühstück, ansprechende Zimmer, Pool und Spabereich, sowie der Barraum - alles sehr gut. Entspannend in der Sauna, angenehm ruhig. Im ganzen Hotelbereich keine störende Musikberieselung. Bis zum nächsten Mal, wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Pessimo servizio alla reception. Siamo clienti da anni, e purtroppo quest'anno, probabilmente per il cambio del personale pessimo servizio. Non siamo stati avvisati su eventuali supplementi e ci siamo trovati il conto alla partenza. La camera era pronta per la sera e al centro benessere si poteva accedere dopo le 12, nonostante fossimo arrivati prima. Il pagamento effettuato per il soggiorno non copriva nemmeno 24h di servizio, perché ci hanno chiesto la chiave e di abbondare i vari servizi, alle 11:00. Non sapendolo perché da esperienza di altri soggiorni, i servizi durano almeno per 24h ci hanno applicato il supplemento giornaliero. Alla prenotazione online, ti accolgono dicendo che ci sarà personale italiano, nessuno era in grado di capirci.

A éviter Cette hôtel n’as aucun respect pour ces clients en cas de force majeure. Si pour une raison valable vous écourter votre séjour la totalité du séjour vous sera facturer. Les chambres son d’une autre époque. Les chambres sont très proches d’une route très fréquentée et les véhicules passent très vite impossible de dormir. Il fait 24,5 degrés dans les chambres et interdit de régler le thermostat. La piscine est en mauvaise état.
