Das Post Hotel Seefeld liegt zentral und ist grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel. Leider wird es nicht mehr so geführt wie früher – das ist unser Eindruck nach sieben Tagen –, als es noch "Krumers Post Hotel" hieß. Wir waren dieses Jahr zum fünften Mal in dem Hotel, müssen aber leider sagen, dass wir es in Zukunft nicht mehr besuchen werden. Nachfolgend einige Gründe für unsere Entscheidung: Das Hotel bietet beim Check-in ein Willkommens Drink zur Begrüßung an. Da es noch früh am Tag war, haben wir abgelehnt. Allerdings erhielten wir keinen Gutschein, um den Aperitif am Abend an der Hotelbar genießen zu können – das war früher anders! Der Restaurantservice war mangelhaft. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprachen kaum Deutsch. Zudem wurden wir von einer Servicekraft ständig in Gespräche verwickelt. Diese Person beschwerte sich auch ständig über das Hotel, was uns als Gäste sehr unangenehm war. Aus unserer Sicht ist dies ein absolutes No-Go! Früher war das Hotelpersonal ein Team. Auch andere Gäste hatten den gleichen Eindruck vom Personal. Was wir ebenfalls nicht verstanden haben: Warum war die Hotelbar geschlossen? Den Apéro und den Absacker nahmen wir jeweils im Platzhirsch ein. Da hat alles geklappt!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seefeld Post with its position right in the centre of the village – bars, shops and restaurants on the doorstep. We had a Rosshutte room and it appeared that the room had been renovated in the fairly recent past. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious with a very comfy bed and plenty of storage. There was a kettle and cups for those who need it. The balcony had a table and 2 chairs with a lovely view toward the Roshutte. We particularly liked the ensuite shower room, the toilet was separate. Food was very good with plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. At breakfast we chose our evening meal main course. The Evening meal salad buffet starter is very good this followed by a soup course and desert always help yourself from the buffet. Our waiter was mostly Anton who looked after us very well although the other staff were very nice too. We must not forget the ladies and young gentlemen on reception who always had a smile when we passed This is a great hotel if you want to be in the centre of the village (no problems with noise in our room 204) with loads of walks for all abilities in the surrounding mountains.

Pros the Hotel is right in the centre of Seefeld set in the main square with free car park at the back . There is a wonderful indoor pool which on several days we had to ourselves Breakfast was good although some days the wait for fresh cooked eggs was far too long We really wish we had just stayed bed and breakfast Cons - WiFi non existent in our room which we found very frustrating as no mobile signal either Mini bar in room had 2 free bottles of water but needed a bottle opener to open we asked at reception to be told ask a member of staff ! Half board started off okay for the 1st four nights but went rapidly downhill. Started off with over 6 staff in the dining room which went down to 2 after 4 days who were running around like headless chickens . 4 out of 10 nights it was veal so 2 nights we tried the veggie option and the other nights we gave up and went out for the best meals of our holiday . On check in we were told that rooms would only be cleaned every 2 days but after 5’days they turned up every day . The hotel bar staff were not friendly one night at 8-30 I asked for a coffee to be told cafe closed . Another night at 9-30 I saw they were serving cappuccinos so asked to order one only again to be told the cafe was closed while he was still serving other people them. The location was perfect the hotel and pool spotlessly clean but the service for a supposedly 4 star hotel was lacking

We stayed here 10 years ago and I am sorry to say the inefficient unfriendly service is worse than 10 years ago. Nobody in the Hotel or the connected bar had a smile or a friendly knowing hello - even though we were there for 7 days. The cleaning - every other day ??? Was poor We love Seefeld and the Austrian Alps generally but this hotel is overpriced for what it offers and we will not be returning.

Wij kennen dit hotel al van toen het nog Krumers was, wat een verschil. Het begint al bij binnen komen kamer, ligt er een blad dat de kamer maar om de 2 dagen gereinigd wordt . Indien er reiniging plaats vindt, vergeet men doekjes aan te vullen, alles is nog vuil. Enkel de handdoeken worden ververst en de lakens wat deftig terug op bed geplaatst. Personeel in zaal onvriendelijk, geen tafellaken meer, enkel een placemat die prikt aan de armen. Verschillende tafels worden vies afgekuist, met 1 vaatdoek zonder uit te spoelen . Eitjes bij ontbijt wordt via blad gekozen aan tafel, niet meer persoonlijk aan de kok. Voor de gebakken worstjes moet je er zeer vroeg bij zijn , op is op .Veel minder keuze bij ontbijt, zoals de zalm, cake ... Enkel nog de zondag. Bij avondeten wordt de soep en dessert niet meer opgediend, moet jezelf aan het buffet nemen . Om 20h30 wordt de salade al weg genomen, terwijl je tot 20h30 kan beginnen eten, zeker de eerste dag dat je toekomt, bijna geen desserten kaas meer. De bar hebben wij geen enkele avond open geweten. In de welness enkel het zwembad bezocht, geen rust, personeel liep gans de tijd weg en weer. Guest card om gratis bus te nemen, niet gekregen . Oud personeel aan de receptie was nog zeer vriendelijk .

Fantastic hotel in the middle of town. Food was excellent, the staff were also excellent and the Spa area was great after coming back from a long walk. A great location for exploring other towns with easy and reliable public transport. A fantastic holiday.

Das Hotel bezeichnet sich als Vier Sterne Superior aber die Einrichtungen und Standards entsprechen eher denen von einem 4 Sterne INFERIOR (also weniger als 4 Sterne), die Bilder der Website wurden photoshopped (der Direktor hat zugegeben dass es der Fall ist und dass er die Bilder verändern muss) und entsprechen nicht der Realität. Das Personal betreibt Favoritismus mit gewissen Gästen und ist sonst unfreundlich, man sieht dass das Hotel auf Profit orientiert ist und nicht auf Gastfreundschaft. Das Essen war mässig korrekt. Kurzum nichts entspricht den Standards eines 4 Sterne Hotel.

gans het restaurant gebeuren was een ramp, zeker avondmaal, koud, zeker geen 4 * waard, bediening lomp en onvriendelijk,we moeten eten op vuile vilten place mats, hygiene in ganse gebouw echt niet oke, vooral traphal. Receptie geeft zowel bij aankomst als vertrek verkeerd thuisadres op!

Bereits zum 4. Mal durfte ich im Hotel Krumers Post sein und war bis anhin begeistert. Dieses Mal war es jedoch enttäuschend. Das 6-Gang-Galadinner fand unangekündigt nicht statt und wir haben absichtlich SA-MO gebucht. Auf der Homepage steht, dass es jeden Sonntag sei. Dies sollte klar kommuniziert werden. Das negativste war jedoch das erste Abendessen. Obwohl man bis 20:30 Uhr starten darf, wurde das Vorspeisenbuffet um 20:15 abgeräumt. Um 20:10 wurden wir gefragt, ob wir nun den Hauptgang wollen, der Küchenchef habe den letzten Arbeitstag und wolle Feierabend. Laut Service (welche vieles „gerettet“ hat und gut war) habe die Küche bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. Anschliessend wurde das Dessertbuffet (um 21:00) abgeräumt bevor wir überhaupt fertig den Hauptgang gegessen hatten. Wir haben dies am kommenden Tag an der Rezepetion zurückgemeldet und sollten vom Direktor einen Anruf erhalten, um das Feedback weiter zu geben. Leider haben wir nichts gehört. Kundenfreundlichkeit wäre anders. Der zweite Abend war deutlich besser jedoch wie erwähnt kein Galadinner, welches die letzten Jahre spitze war. Sondern eher ein 3- Sterne Buffet. 4-Sternhotel Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht ganz klar nicht so aus. Trotz jahrelanger Begeisterung und wundervollem SPA werden wir aufgrund dieser Erfahrung leider nicht so schnell wieder kommen.
