First of all, the management and its employees were not very pleasant.
They made me pay for my little mistake and tried to make me pay twice.
They couldn't do it since all the evidence was in my hands, they didn't even apologize and were arrogant.
Absolutely not Commercial, I do not recommend and will not return, it's the first time I've been to this hotel in Lille, I go there every month.
The TV in my room didn't even have all the TNT channels.

Pleasant hotel. Room too small. Cleaning lady who comes in to ask to vacate the room when there are 30 minutes left.

Nous sommes déçus de cette nuit passée dans cet établissement La chambre correcte sans plus, pas de gel douche, pas de tapis de bain sol très glissant. Petit déjeuner nul, cappucino dégueulasse, pas de fruits, pas d œufs pas de pains,etc. Pour 125e honteux !

Petit hôtel bien situé. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Petit déjeuner correct. Accueil de Julien très sympa et directrice au top. On voulait visiter Lille, Mme nous a renseigné mieux qu'un guide. Je recommande.

C’est sans prétention et on en a pour ce qu’on paie. C’est basique et fonctionnel mais la literie et la chambre sont propres. Quelques petites fourmis qui déambulent toutefois le long des plinthes mais rien de grave. Le gérant a l’info et peut maintenant traiter le sujet.

Suite à un bug informatique nous avons payé 2 fois le prix d 1 chambre nous réclamons depuis 1 mois le remboursement...tjrs rien ..ce serait chez le comptable ..on attend ! La responsable doit nous rappeler ..

Personnel est très accueillant et tres souriant , la chambre est très propre et la literie est très confortable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.Le petit déjeuner est appétissant. L'hôtel très calme.
