A very good location and clean hotel. Right next to the Sea World and Mall. The staffs were really helpful, especially Johnny, who helped us A LOT throughout the stay. Great stay overall.

酒店 I must say that I was quite impressed with the cleanliness, tranquility, and efficiency of both the check-in and check-out processes. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that the otherwise beautiful view from my room was obstructed by a large pillar within the room.

It's an excellent choice for those visiting Splendid China (miniature park) which is just opposite to this inn. I could overlook the entrance of the park from my room. The inn' cleanliness is acceptable, very spacious. I got everything i need. Staff nice. Price is excellent. I will try their branch next time when I visit the Windows of the World. Breakfast is very nice at an extra pay. The waitress at the restaurant is very kind and helpful. The restaurant is beautiful with good views. This inn provides hearty red bean soup desserts at nighttime. Although I didn't try it, I feel so warm and sweet with such little touch of the inn. There's a metro station next to the entrance of the Splendid China. There's lack of restaurants nearby but taking a cab is easy and cheap. There is a shopping arcade with restaurants and Wallmart 15-min on foot.

The hotel's accommodation experience is average. The location is a bit far from the city center, but not too far from the subway station. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. There is a construction site nearby which is a bit noisy. The service attitude of the hotel staff is warm and thoughtful.

The room is clean, free snack bar, and the staff is really nice to extend the checkout time to 2 pm as our return bus will be late evening. The gym is amazing and the service in the changing room was great. The only thing we felt disappointed was the location of the room as it's hardly see the sunset, but it's still a nice view. If we stayed in the rooms at the right side, we probably could see it without going out to the park.......I have reflected to the staff called Rebecca and she advised me to contact her next time if booking the same type of room again. While the staff offered to change our room at night, it was too late for us to move. With a cozy sofa, ambient music, and an impressive Japanese toilet, I felt like I was in a luxurious oasis. I was particularly pleased to find a free mini bar stocked with delightful treats! One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The afternoon tea and breakfast were simply divine, and I couldn't resist having lunch at the hotel too. The food was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the foie gras—an exquisite delight! The hotel’s location offers a breathtaking view of the sunset, which you can admire from the reception area. It was truly spectacular and added a magical touch to my stay. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning soon. I absolutely loved every moment!
