Pros: The suites with kitchen are suitable for families, breakfast is more abundant, there is a free simple American dinner from Monday to Wednesday, and there is a shuttle bus to downtown Seattle and the market around the hotel. 10 minutes drive to Gas Park, UW, Kerry Park; Disadvantages: There are no restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. It is best to have a car or use the hotel shuttle to travel. The room too close to the main road is very noisy.

Surprisingly well laid out. Comfortable large room, with a very helpful staff. I particularly liked the use of Duvet coverlets, rather than the traditional sheet and blanket. Not being charged for a bottle of water made a very strong and positive impression. Fortunately I didn't have to park a car, which I think is very expensive,.

Ordered for my family. It's close to BGI and convenient but not cheap. There are a lot of homeless people nearby at night, so you have to pay attention to safety. The room is well-equipped. If you don't bring slippers and other supplies, you have to pick them up from the counter. The breakfast is average, but everything you need is there.

Great location, spacious room, comfortable beds...... Every receptionist was very friendly and offered all kinds of help to the best of their ability. One gentleman, in particular, whose name I forgot to ask, communicated with us in fluent Chinese, making us feel very welcome. My only hope is that a jacuzzi could be installed next to the pool, which would make it perfect.

I gave a corner room, and the three adults did not feel crowded. The hygiene is very clean, and there are no traces of water stains in the corners of the bathroom! ! Coffee is a Starbucks on the bad street, and a pack of diy popcorn! There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there is a Starbucks next door, and there are also fast food restaurants nearby. Although not in the commercial area, but there are also cvs, high-end supermarkets nearby, buying small things is not a problem! ! The nearby Kerry Park is a great place to watch the sunset, which is a little tired to climb the hillside.

The dining environment is particularly atmospheric. You can also sit there for coffee and computer while you are not dining. Even more surprising is that dinner is also free. Checked in on the 15th. Told my significant other to call ahead and request early checkin ( traveling with young children ) Arrived around 1045am. At first the girl at the desk didn’t even read the notes ( or maybe no notes were inputed ). Stepped into the conversation as my significant other was the one who made the reservation. I kindly asked if we could get a complimentary early checkin and that I would leave a stellar review, as the desk agent ( female ) was about to just checkin our luggage only. Jacob the FOM steps in and sees there’s a room available, gets us in AND gives us complimentary breakfast for our 2 day stay. Super friendly, super professional could tell he didn’t mind accommodating us. FYI I have a SIGNIFICANT amount of front desk management experience in Anchorage, Alaska. Being respectful and polite to the staff at the hotel goes a LONG way. Be nice. And you will have a great stay GM… it’s people like Jacob who will one day take your job if you don’t do your job correctly ;) Keep up the good work Jacob you have tons of potential! Cyrus

I was told by Courtyard Marriot that my stay would be covered by Medicaid because I was traveling to a local hospital. I made sure to get that information before booking and was told by them that all I needed was a voucher which I took time to get before traveling. I arrived and the front desk worker was being rude to the two people ahead of me in line. My turn was no different, rude and irritated. Then he said that they wouldn't accept my voucher even though they had told me over the phone this was what to do just a few days prior, then he tried to make this my fault because I didn't remember the employees name that I spoke to. He started implying that we should just cancel the reservation, at midnight, when I had just arrived to the hotel from Alaska with my wife and young child for medical reasons. Then he told me it was 159 a night and charged me 205 a night without telling me the total, and he said it wouldn't post to my account until we checked out and it pulled the money immediately. I spoke to management the next day and they didn't help at all just saying that they stopped taking Alaska Medicaid two years ago and they didn't do anything to right the wrongs made by telling me they would accept it a few days prior. I've travelled a lot in my life, this hotel is nothing special and if you are paying full price it is not worth the stay. The view from the room is a joke unless you like alleyways and staring in other people's windows across the street. The parking is incredibly tight and if you're driving a truck DO NOT go down to the second floor of the parking garage because it very well may not fit, we only had about 2 inches of clearance there. The room was nothing special, you can tell they tried to do some ”styling” and I honestly thought the cabinets were broken because they looked so tacky and strange. Breakfast was a 4/10 and it was not included with the room. It is located right next to a bus stop and there were a lot of homeless people hanging around. If everything else in town is booked this place will get you by, but if you have other options I would strongly consider them. The biggest issue for me was them not honoring what they told me over the phone and making no attempt to correct their mistake and putting my family in a tricky situation at midnight while we were dealing with medical needs after I followed their exact instructions.

SS TsuiBig room with excellent bedding and modern design for both business and leisure travelers. Excellent location for tourists and shopping and dining.
Courteous staff are efficient and friendly in providing best quality service.
MMr. CruzGreat hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle.
The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it.
When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as ”lake view”. That should definitely be updated to say ”city view” not ”lake view”. Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner.
Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor.
All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking.
GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights whilst holidaying from Australia. Quirky, fun pineapple theme throughout- plush cute dog on the bed, pineapple pic on pillow, bathrobe etc. Free welcome drink of your choice from a selection. No free breakie - but has a few things you can buy- drink, pastries in packets in a fridge in the foyer.Coffee was also sometimes available. Room was clean and had nice decor. Wifi also worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful-they happily printed off our bag labels for our luggage for our Alaskan cruise. Hotel is in a good location- easy walk to space needle, restaurants- lots of choices, handy mini mart, good coffee/donut shop close by. Bed was a bit hard for us- but that is personal taste. To watch movies you had to log into your own Netflix etc account- a few free movie channels would have been nice. Would stay here again and recommend to others if in Seattle.
YYim JoyceDear Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your hotel. During my stay, I noticed that my credit card was charged twice for the tax amount. I understand that mistakes happen, but this kind of error should have been caught and rectified before I even noticed.
I spoke with the front desk and they assured me that the amount was only put on hold and there was not an actual charge. However, it has been over a week and I had yet to receive a refund for the double charge. So i had to made an International call to request a refund. I did get my refund after weeks of my stay, and I had to suffer list in the exchange rate.
This incident has left a bad impression on me and has significantly impacted my view of the hotel. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with respect and honesty!
JJesse MunkThis was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met.
He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel.
He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees.
After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner.
As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years.
My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately.
After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found.
Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity.
AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services.
I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!
GGuest UserThe W Seattle was conveniently located and within walking distance to most of Seattle’s attractions (Pike Place, Space Needle, waterfront). The small entrance to the hotel is located on Seneca Street and during our stay we were “greeted” by a few homeless folks who hung around the entrance. Returning to Seattle after a few years away, we noticed a lot more homeless people – the homeless people did not bother us but you did feel a little unsafe during the evenings. Check-in: Unfortunately we checked in past 9pm on a Friday night and in true W fashion, the DJ had the music so loud that the lobby was deafening and it was impossible to communicate with the front desk. Thankfully the front desk were well prepared and handed us a one sheet summary with a welcome letter. Breakfast: Disappointing. I have had better free breakfast at Marriott Courtyard. We had breakfast included with our room and this was capped to $20 per person. The quality of the breakfast items were average at best and very over-priced. Room: We had a lovely Corner Studio on a high floor which had amazing views of the water. The room had a Nespresso coffee machine which was restocked daily. The only downside to the room was the bathroom. Compared to other W hotels, the bathroom/shower was a little dated.
无无为而治4The hotel is located in the South Lake Union area. It is about 20-30 minutes by car from the airport and it costs 46 yuan to take a taxi.
The reservation is for a standard room. The hotel requires check-in after 4:00 pm. We are an early flight. However, we arrived at the hotel at about 10:00 am. Because of the availability, the front desk will quickly complete the formalities. We do not speak English. Baidu dialogue translation, the receptionist at the front desk will also use it, so there is no communication barrier.
The room is large, with two large single beds of 1.50 meters wide, and there is a double sofa by the window to sleep. There are no problems for a family of three. There is a small open kitchen in the room. Although small, it is well-equipped. It has a dual-burner electric ceramic stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kitchen waste processor, and is also equipped with simple seasonings, plates, bowls, woks, stews , Milk pan, tableware and cutlery, 3-4 people have no problem dining.
The rooms are quiet and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. From the reception staff to the floor service staff are very warm and attentive. Breakfast is full of meat, eggs, milk, bread, oatmeal, coffee, soy milk, cakes, waffles, fruits.
There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy some food and bento. There is also a large supermarket on 29 minutes' walk. Fruits, vegetables and meat are very fresh. Personally I think this hotel is very cost-effective!
TTravelers. The hotel is located in a developing area. It is convenient to reach the Space Needle and Amazon unmanned store within a 10-minute walk.
In addition to the toilet, the room is clean and tidy, and the kitchenette has additional zinc plates, refrigerators, and microwaves.
Attached is a street view picture of the journey within 5-10 minutes.
GGuest UserThe two 1.5-meter large beds are enough for the three of us to share. The location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel at around 1 o'clock. Thank you to the front desk for letting us check in early. It was a very satisfying experience😊
XXIAOXUANOrdered for the children, the response is good, the location is good, the travel is convenient, my hotel in such a foreign country is ok, the others are good, that is, the room is not very soundproof
