The hotel was new and was clean; rooms were spacious and breakfast was above expectations- the only downside is that there’s nothing much nearby and the they did not provide any toothbrush or toothpaste kits. The room also had a bit of leftover wrappers on the floor from previous guest. Not bad overall though.

I am used to great hospitality, I am from Malaysia, but staff from Comfort Inn exceeded our expectation. They went above and beyond regular service when they had to evacuate our things while we're still conferencing. The care and mindfulness of their housekeeping staff was truly commendable. Thank you most sincerely.

Awesome place to stay. Since this property has opened I will not stay anywhere else. Nice large clean rooms, staff is friendly and the best thing of all is the hot breakfast. I haven't seen a breakfast like this at any property of this class. It will be the best choice you can make.

The hotel was new in 2021 and still looks very new. Our room was very large -- wide, long, large bathroom. two queen beds and s sectional couch with footstools. Also had a frig and microwave. The breakfast area was very busy, but there were at least 3 people working hard to keep it all stocked and taken care of. Breakfast was very good and included: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, hash brown potatoes, waffle machine with regular and cinnamon batter, donuts, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, etc. Whipped cream on the waffles was delicious. Very good breakfast; if something ran out, it was quickly replaced. Overall a very good stay. Only small downside was a rather loud fan for the AC in the room, but it was not an annoying sound.

great breakfast and location , I was gong to the Arabian horse show but it is right across from Salt River fields , for spring training games Customer service was very helpful, I had to extend one day and use their computer for some legal matters
