We loved our stay here, primarily due to the kindness and attention of the owners, brothers Silvio and Carmelo. Upon arrival, Silvio accompanied my husband to find parking, setting the stage for a pleasant stay. He subsequently arranged a tuk tuk tour for us, gave us a tour of the inn and explained its history (which was most interesting given that the building was originally a grain repository), and upon departure insisted on carrying our bags to our parked car and stopping traffic to help us get on the road. Carmelo was equally gracious, giving me a detailed tour of his herb garden and explaining the virtues of each plant. Nothing seemed to be too much for them to do to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was varied and plentiful in what had originally been the grain repository. Silvio even noticed that my husband ate the packaged croissants at breakfast and the next morning showed up with two freshly baked croissants from a nearby bakery. The room was nicely appointed and extremely clean and there were some nice seating areas outside the rooms where you could enjoy the fresh air or dry out your laundry. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sciacca, which is a very pleasant seaside town. However, what made our stay special were the exceptional and caring owners of this property. I highly recommend this B&B for future stays.

Nel b&b Casa dell'Aromatario ogni aspetto è curato nel minimo dettaglio: colazione ottima e abbondante, con prodotti locali buonissimi, servita nell’antico granaio che vi immergerà nella storia e nelle tradizioni del luogo, pulizia eccellente della camera ampia e spaziosa dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Ma la vera forza, il valore aggiunto di questo bed and breakfast risiede nella cordialità, nella gentilezza, nella continua attenzione da parte dei proprietari (Silvio e Carmelo), organizzatissimi, che non lasciano nulla al caso, pronti a soddisfare tutte le esigenze dei clienti: il risultato è che ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa!! Comode le due terrazze con divani all'ultimo piano: ci si può rilassare godendo della tranquillità e dello spettacolo del centro storico dove è situato il b&b. Parcheggio libero nelle immediate vicinanze. In perfetta simbiosi con la storia e le caratteristiche dell'edificio l’esperienza del percorso olfattivo nel cortile interno (assolutamente consigliata) che ci ha consentito di conoscere le piante aromatiche da loro stessi coltivate. Meglio una vacanza a Sharm El Sheikh oppure a Sharm El Sciacca? La risposta, dopo una stupenda settimana all'ombra della storia, delle tradizioni, del mare e del buon cibo è senza ombra di dubbio...Sciacca in via Giuseppe Licata 137!! Un saluto, Fabio Tucci

Silvio e Carmelo.sono delle persone eccezionali che si prendono cura dei loro clienti dall'inizio alla fine della villeggiatura, con consigli utilissimi su dove andare a pranzare fino ai siti di interesse turistico. Il B&B casa dell’Aromatario offre un’esperienza unica e esprime in tutte le sue forme l’essenza dell’accoglienza, della condivisione, dell’impegno e della passione dei proprietari. Abbiamo avuto l’occasione di conoscere Silvio, persona genuina e di cuore che ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ospiti privilegiati. La struttura, pazientemente ristrutturata, emana amore e cura nei dettagli; splendida l’esperienza offerta del percorso olfattivo per conoscere le piante aromatiche nel cortile interno da loro coltivate. Camera spaziosa dotata di ogni comfort, area relax composta da due grandi terrazze con scorci caratteristici. Colazione ottima e abbondante con prodotti locali servita nell’antico granaio. Un grazie alla gentilissima signora che si occupa del servizio delle camere, impeccabile! Un grazie di cuore, è un arrivederci! Giulia e Gianluca

Silvio war der Gastfreundlichste Gastgeber, den man sich vorstellen kann! Die zwei Brüder waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns noch nie so sehr als Gäste geschätzt gefühlt wie hier. Die Unterkunft war super! Es war sehr sehr sauber, kein einziger Staubkorn zu sehen! Der Frühstücksbereich war atemberaubend. Ich habe sowas noch nie in meinem Leben gesehen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und typisch sizilianisch. Die Pistaziencreme war der Hammer! Wir haben eine private Führung durch den Kräutergarten bekommen und es war fabelhaft. Wenn Sciacca, dann nur noch bei euch! Danke Bis Bald und Grüße aus Deutschland! Enzo.

Semplicemente eccezionale in tutto. Location comoda in centro storico, ben organizzata. Comode le due terrazze con divani all'ultimo piano Parcheggio libero nelle immediate vicinanze. I gestori sempre presenti per ogni necessità. Bellissima la sala colazione in una grotta ristrutturata ex granaio.

Consigliatissimo per l'ottima posizione, la cura delle camere, la pulizia e l'ottima colazione ma soprattutto per la cortesia di Silvio e Carmelo. Silvio ci ha accolto e fornito utilissimi consigli mentre Carmelo ci ha guidato in un fantastico percorso di piante aromatiche. Se torneremo in Sicilia sicuramente non mancheremo di passare anche di qui.

If you come to Sciacca, and you should, staying with Silvio and Carmelo is a must. Everything that everyone is saying about this boutique hotel will be confirmed the moment you see the place. Sicilian people are known for their friendliness and warmth and that’s exactly what you get here. The brothers, Carmelo and Silvio, go beyond to make you feel at home and they pay attention to every detail. The breakfast is wonderful and all their recommendations were great!
