Sowohl das Hotel als auch das Restaurant wird durch die Leidenschaft der Inhaber und des Küchenchefs zur Perfektion gebracht ohne aufgesetzt zu sein. Hier wird viel Liebe ins Detail gesteckt. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder. Danke für diesen tollen Platz.

Der gute sonstige Eindruck wird durch das Frühstück und das Geschehen darum stark beeinträchtigt. Nicht nur muss ich mich den diesbezüglichen negativen Beschreibungen anschließen ( dazu u.a.: eine Scheibe Emmentaler lag schon so lange herum, dass sie sich wellte, das beigelegte Salatblatt war vollkommen vertrocknet), ich erlebte darüber hinaus eine Posse um dessen Reservierung. Ich wurde recht streng auf eine Reservierungspflicht (die so nicht nachvollziehbar ist) hingewiesen, es waren nur noch zwei oder drei "slots" zu haben, verzichtete. Als ich am nächsten kurz vor zehn erschien, um wenigstens einen Tee (der Tee war übrigens auch nicht wirklich gut) zu mir zu nehmen, befand sich im Frühstückraum genau Niemand und ich konnte ohne weiteres ein Frühstück bestellen, blieb der einzige Frühstückgast.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Weinhaus Uhle. Die Einrichtung des Hotels lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Service ist jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Gourmetrestaurant des Hauses. Küchenchef Marcel Kube bringt hervorragende Menüs auf den Tisch, die den Aufenthalt zu einem wahren Genusserlebnis werden lassen. Die Lage des Hotels in der Schweriner Altstadt sorgt für kurze Wege zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Schwerin ist immer eine Reise Wert und das Weinhaus Uhle dafür stets ein sehr zu empfehlendes Zuhause auf Zeit.

Great location in the old town (aldstadt) Lovely old building with original features. Rooms are well set out with modern features in an old building. Comfortable beds & modern bathroom with toiletries. Room has a TV & coffee machine & fridge. Breakfast is a plated choice (breads, cold meat & pate, cheese, fruit & yoghurt, butter & jams) with options off the menu. The hotel has an excellent restaurant. On request, a car park space can be reserved in the underground garage.

Tolles Hotel mitten in der Schweriner Innenstadt gelegen und nur einen Steinwurf vom wunderschönen Schloss entfernt. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Zimmer und zusätzlich (für mich sehr wichtig) eine Tiefgarage zu fairen Konditionen. Außerdem wirklich tolle Gastgeber (inhabergeführt, das spürt man sofort!), sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und und serviceorientiert - hab mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Dazu noch ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant und Bistro mit sehr hochwertigen Speisen und Getränken. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - komme gerne wieder… Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Weinhaus Uhle ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen, es hat eine tolle Lage, der Service ist ausgezeichnet und die Zimmer andprechend gestaltet. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt und komme gern wieder, wenn ich in Schwerin bin.

Das Frühstück war katastrophal ,auf einer Etagere wurde uns abgezählter Aufschnitt präsentiert der morgens schon vorbereitet wurde!! Dazu ziemlich trockene Brötchen, Highlight war das Omelett, da es frisch zubereitet wurde. Der Spaß kostete dann pro Person 26€ eine Unverschämtheit! Im Bistro waren wir leider auch nicht zufrieden, bei so einem hochpreisigen Lokal erwarte ich einen Gruß aus der Küche oder wenigstens etwas Brot. Das hätte man für 6,50€ bestellen können, ohne Worte!!! Wir können das Weinhaus leider nicht weiterempfehlen und sind sehr enttäuscht 😞

Fantastic service and kind staff. The room and facilities were clean and fresh. The food was good as well. The location is beautiful and central. Walking distance to most things. Needless to say, I will stay here many more times! I will recommend it to my friends and family as well.
