I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel], and it was an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The heating system of the hotel did not work. I asked reception, they told me they were fixing it. After a while, they gave me a handy heating fan which was so noisy and didn’t heat well.

TERRIBLE PLACE! They don't know what hospitality is at all! RUDE STAFF! I have never had so many bad memories. This hotel treats you as a client, not as a guest. If you want to avoid the stress please don't stay there! NEVER AGAIN. I am sure that you find much better place!

Freundliches aber unqualifiziertes Personal im Restaurant , kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage, Klimaanlage hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert, gutes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, gute Boxspringbetten, Terasse lieblos 20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum

Big hotel and big nice rooms if you choose junior suite. But our air conditioning did not work so 22.30 in evening we had to change room and got an upgrade to an even bigger room with two toilets. There it was really nice staff, and helping. Though the cleaning was to wish for in both rooms. I even borrowed a vacuum cleaner in the first room to get it cleaned. In second room was a bit late to do so but even dirtier. Black hair on toilet and floor. Garage under hotel which was good. It takes 25 min to walk in to the center or to castle.

Zimmer ausreich. groß für 3 Pers., vollst. ausgestattet, bis auf 1 Plissee im Bad alles tiptop. Rest. am SA Abend personell unterbesetzt, kleinere Wartezeiten. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gute Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden und ins Grüne. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Möglichkeiten zum Joggen. Leider kein Gym im Hotel.

Trotz der Anfangsschwierigkeiten ( Stromausfall ), möchten wir uns für den schönen Aufenthalt bedanken. Das Personal hatte von Anfang an geholfen, uns es so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und es gab kostenlose Getränke. Nachdem der Strom wieder da war, konnten wir einchecken. Wir hatten ein schönes großes, aber auch neu eingerichtet und sauberes Zimmer! Auch unser Hund hatte einen Snack zur Begrüßung erhalten. Mit dem Blick zum See, gab es auch den Blick auf die Straße. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern, war kein Lärm zu hören. Abkühlung gab es durch die Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Jeder Kritiker sollte sich zu Hause mal seinen eigenen Frühstückstisch ansehen. Solche Vielfalt an Backwaren, Wurst, Ei, Käse, Marmelade, Kaffee, Tee, Säften und so weiter, hat der größte Meckerer nicht auf getäfelt. Ebenso wechselt niemand nach zwei Tagen die Handtücher. Das Personal im Speisesaal, sowie an der Rezeption war stets freundlich, nett und hat uns zu jeder Zeit geholfen. In die Stadt und zum Schloss, konnte man zu Fuß am See entlang wandern. Das Schloss ist ein Muss, genauso wie eine Stadtrundfahrt! Somit hatten wir im Hotel Plaza, Einen schönen Aufenthalt. Für den gelungenen Urlaub, möchte sich die Familie Lenz recht herzlich bedanken.
