"Personeel does not speak English. We came and told to go away because there is no reservation. Then she corrected the mistake and give us a key and a room. We opened the door and there was someone inside. The room was not free. We got another room but it smells bad. The back of the bed is bad. Decoration has some sharp edges that hurt our baby at the night. Very bad experience and totally not recommended"

"It's an overrated place with highly unprofessional staff. Very very basic rooms with a tiny bathroom. Water overflows from the bathroom to the main room once we take the bath. The staff speaks only the native language. They don't understand English. So it's too hard to communicate with them. They won't even give a small drinking water. If we ask for water, they will simply say to drink from tap water. We had a terrible experience there and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."
