"Location is perfect, walking distance from ski lifts. Room we had is a family room with good furnishings. Bunk bed for children. My only problem with the bed was that matrasses were separate on bed and slided apart, no support from the side. Children play area is good, outside inside. Breakfast and dinner is really good and delicious, staff very kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel to stay, no surprises just good experiences."

"The front desk was very warm and shared with me the nearby Chinese restaurant. The breakfast was good. It was near the train station. The hotel was set up by the wrong and the sun was bad. There is a rail outside the window 🛤️ but there is no car passing at night. Facilities: Yes Hygiene: Yes Service: Very good Environment: Yes"

"An enchanting traditional alpine-style hotel, run by the same family since its opening. The hotel exudes a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the traditional dinners served at the in-house restaurant really added to the authentic alpine experience. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the brand new sauna, a fantastic way to unwind after a day of hiking. We also had tons of fun trying out the German-style bowling (kegelbahn) in the basement - a unique and entertaining addition to the hotel's amenities. The hotel is perfectly located for anyone looking to explore the stunning surrounding mountains. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of charming tradition, warm hospitality, and modern comforts."

"We have received a room at the very farest side of the hotel which was extremely cold at the arrival. After we claimed this we have been informed that the heating only works in specific time periods- started to work at 4 p.m. and only till 10 p.m. and then mornings from 6 till 9 a.m. but this was not enough to get the room warm at all. Is very unpleasant to come to a cold room after the whole day skiing. We spent all 3 days in cold room. Should not be an experience from 3 stars hotel. Breakfasts and dinners were ok. "
