希爾頓惠庭硬件設施普遍較新，服務管理水平比較穩定。內部設施定位中檔家庭出遊，冰箱、微波爐、鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全。停車免費。疫情期間，早餐可以拿回房間或外帶，而且安排了一樓，取餐方便，服務很人性化。

The overall stay was decent. But the most disappointing part was the charges of the room, I was told different amount and I was charged some different amount which was much higher and all they can do about that was APOLOGIZE to me like seriously….

Went for a family trip for one night. Overall the place was nice and had a decent breakfast. We opted for a room with two queen beds. The beds were not queen but more like a full size each. Also, went swimming with the kids, the water was not heated and very chilly. The pool area itself was nice but they should consider heating it.

Very clean hotel in a great location with reasonable price. Many restaurants in area even across the street within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was not offered till 6:30am so it was later than we wanted for our early work start. Also breakfast items were not always all ready when breakfast started.

The modern look of the rooms was really nice and had everything you needed in the room. The elevators.came really fast. If not for me being allergic animals my stay I think would have been good. The breakfast were really good, real food.

Please ask to see the room before swiping your card. The rooms are dirty, smelly, and the up keep is deplorable. I was given a room key if another occupant first, cat hair all in bed, stained couch, dishwasher disposal was unclean. This place is a door down from a nightmare

You cannot relax or get decent rest here. Great place to come if you want to increase your stress level. So loud. Called several times to no avail. Cannot get rest or relax. Flying internationally tomorrow. Front desk came to room as they did not believe us and then said wow… yes that’s a problem. Nonstop noise like a disco tech. Horrible sounds and horrible stay. Places across street and down street we stayed before and enjoyed. This was a big mistake and headache. Yokes

Stayed here over New Years Eve because I needed to be in town for work. I specifically chose this hotel because I noticed the outdoor grills and firepit. I called the hotel prior to booking to confirm that at least one of the grills would be available. They were typically closed for the winter but one was available. Rates were a little higher on NYE than the following night but, overall, the prices I thought were quite reasonable. I had 316 and it was great. Spacious, good lighting coverage, comfortable and modern. Very large television so I could plug in my computer and watch movies. Refrigerator and microwave but no stovetop, and the room also had an assortment of dishes, glassware, mugs and utensils - and a dishwasher. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and when I wanted to use the grill to cook up my steak, the manager came out to light the fire and even provided me with a grilling utensil kit. Very Nice. Breakfast on the morning after New Years Eve was a madhouse. The hotel was quite booked. The food was decent. Certainly not a gourmet meal, most of it was commercially prepared items (like the preformed omelettes, which were kinda tasty), I think there was a waffle maker but that was overrun by families. I had the oatmeal with some dried fruit and orange juice. Nice.
