Hotel molto accogliente vicino a Merano, la nostra stanza era molto bella ed enorme, (era una Junior suite); siamo stati veramente bene con i nostri cagnolini che hanno fatto amicizia con altri pelosetti...apprezzato il fatto che i pet possono tranquillamente cenare con noi nel locale adibito..il personale è molto gentile tranne una persona che sarebbe da sostituire ma non per questo devono andarci di mezzo gli altri componenti che sanno fare il loro lavoro...cena e colazione buone...unica pecca è il fatto che rimane un pochino scomodo per le passeggiate a piedi perché si trova in salita e per le bici bisogna essere allenati...!!! Wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen eine Woche im Finkenhof verbracht. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf das Schloss. Der Außenpool, der Schwimmteich und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zu relaxen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren renoviert und hatten einen schönen, ausreichend großen, Balkon. Lediglich die Badezimmer, im Stil der 70er Jahre, entsprachen nicht mehr den heutigen Standards. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen waren sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Das Personal, besonders unser Kellner Sergio, und der Kellner des Frühstück Service waren sehr freundlich wobei bei den jüngeren Kellnern durchaus Luft nach oben ist. Dass Gäste auf der Terrasse sitzen und sich niemand sehen lässt um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen und sich das auch, nachdem wir an der Theke unsere erste Bestellung aufgegeben haben, nicht ändert geht garnicht. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Der Ort Schenna und die weitläufige Umgebung hat alles zu bieten, wenn man etwas unternehmen und erleben will. Wir sind zu fünft mit Freunde und Familie angereist und hatten vom 24.08. - 30.08.2024 eine hervorragende Zeit im Hotel Finkenhof. Das Personal war durchgängig freundlich und man fragte sich öfter, wann schlafen Sie überhaupt, denn gefühlt, warnen Sie immer da. Die Speisekarte für den Abend war abwechslungsreich und man freute sich am Morgen schon auf die Speisen am Abend. Es war einfach lecker. Die Getränkeauswahl ist vielfältig und ließ bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Das Ambiente innen sowie im Außenbereich war mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Für Fitness war gesorgt, ob im Fitnessraum oder im Poolbereich für Groß und Klein. Unser Lob geht genauso an das Housekeeping, die jeden Tag für Ordnung in den Zimmern sorgten. Sauberkeit und Pflege der Einrichtung wurde viel Beachtung geschenkt und sorgten somit für viel Gemütlichkeit. Was uns besonders aufgefallen und weltweit so sein sollte ist, dass man als Tourist die Verkehrsmittel kostenlos nutzen kann. Das Auto haben wir bei der Anreise abgestellt und nicht mehr bis zur Abreise genutzt. Südtirol hat viel zu bieten und ist immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch im Finkenhof. Meine Familie und ich haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und empfehlen diese schöne Unterkunft gerne weiter. Das Essen und das Service waren ausgezeichnet, der Platz zum Essen im Garten einfach ein Traum, die Zimmer wunderbar gemütlich und sehr ruhig.

The view is amazing. Hotel is ok. NO high speed internet, it took ages to load google maps. 2 small pool kan hardly qualify as SPA, but ok, kids had fun. Food was NOT ok. Mashed potatoes made of powder, vegetarian option was not edible. Service is very confused, they asked us 9 times what our room number was during dinner, could get the order right 3 times and the food took ages. Checking in and out takes a lot of time, we had to wait in a line of 3 guests about half an hour. Spet 575 euros for one night in a hotel, definitely NOT worth the money. Really disappointed. I wish we booked elsewhere.

Hotel nel complesso curato e pulito. Servizio ristorante e bar completamente scarso e sicuramente non all'altezza di un 4 stesse. Personale scorbutico e non preparato (fatelo un sorriso ogni tanto oppure cambiate mestiere). Non ci si sente accolti. Informazioni solo in tedesco. Alla spa a metà pomeriggio non si trovano asciugamani puliti. Cena e colazione buone anche se da migliorare il buffet.

Abbiamo soggiornato un fine settimana per festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre. Grazie alla disponibilità del personale, della qualità dei servizi offerti e della bellissima location abbiamo passato un bellissimo momento insieme. Fantastico posto dove ritornare✌😉.

Questo hotel è appena stato ristrutturato, arredi stile e spazi molto belli e ben curato. Bellissimo l idromassaggio caldo all esterno, piccolina la piscina coperta con pochi lettini. Bellissima l idea della doppia zona spa, una al piano 3 esclusa ai bimbi, con zona relax, sauna e idromassaggio esterno, mentre l altra vicino alla zona piscina coperta con sauna panoramica, docce emozionali, bagno turco e zona relax. Hotel decisamente curato, unico aspetto poco gradevole è stato il personale di sala il più delle volte scontroso e infastidito. Al contrario il personale che si occupa delle camere è discreto, silenzioso, veloce e sempre gentile come la signora alla reception davvero competente, cordiale e gentile. Cibo buono, da migliorare le descrizioni dei cibi al buffet. Unica pecca i cuscini delle camere troppo morbidi. Siamo stati davvero bene.
