Siamo stati io e il mio compagno lo scorso week end! È un luogo fantastico, immerso nel verde con un parco bellissimo! Per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità è il luogo ideale! Il monolocale in cui abbiamo alloggiato era completo di tutto il necessario,pulitissimo e accogliente! I proprietari gentili e discreti. Purtroppo siamo stati poco, ma ci torneremo in primavera x godere anche di tutti i luoghi da visitare e di percorrere con l'ebike quelle infinite colline! Consigliatissimo , grazie da Alessandra e Massimo!

Es war sehr schön dort Gast zu sein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir leider kein italienisch sprechen wurde uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden um Besichtigungen zu organisieren usw. Die Appartements sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Hof liegt zentral um einen Gang nach Canossa zu erledigen oder Parma und Modena zu besuchen. Die Küche ist mit allem versehen was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten klein oder groß in der Nähe.

Jutta und ich sind nun fast 2 Wochen hier . Das Apartment Veronika ist absolut rollstuhlgerecht. Das fand ich als Rollstuhlfahrer super. Roberto und auch Claudia waren immer ansprechbar bei Fragen. Oft hat uns Roberto Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für regionale Produkte waren auch dabei. Roberto hat oft das Gespräch gesucht und nach unseren Erlebnissen gefragt. Es gibt umfangreiches Informationsmaterial mit zusätzlichen Erläuterungen und Tipps von Roberto. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Lästig sind die Mücken. Spray ist zu empfehlen. Wir haben immer drinnen gefrühstückt. Es ist absolut ruhig hier. Trotzdem sind es nur 5 Minuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. Abendessen in Restaurants hat Roberto für uns in Italienisch reserviert. Selber kochen ist genauso möglich. Die Empfehlung für den lokalen Markt von Roberto war sehr gut. Für alle Motorsport Fans: ein Besuch bei Dallara ist ein Muss. Wir haben es mit Einzelführung genossen. Mantua sollte man gesehen haben, genauso wie Bologna. Viele verschiedene Ausflugsziele in 30 Minuten bis max. 1 Stunde 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Fazit: Eine wunderschöne Urlaubsregion mit einmaliger Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen.

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da un signore molto gentile. Entrati in appartamento il piccolo di 16 mesi ha tirato il cassetto di un mobiletto in legno, traballante, provocando la caduta di una vecchia TV non smart da 24''. Immediatamente abbiamo avvisato il proprietario rendendoci disponibili a risarcire il danno arrecato alla TV. Al check out la proprietaria ha chiesto di formularle una proposta di risarcimento. Abbiamo riferito che il valore della TV stesse dimensioni e marca, ma nuova e smart (sito Mediaworld) era di euro 89, pertanto ci sembrava equo un risarcimento di euro 50. Al che in modo sarcastico ha esclamato che non fosse assolutamente equo e dovessimo darle almeno 90 euro. Il tutto si è concluso con il pagamento di euro 100 e per nostra scelta non abbiamo voluto il resto!!! Questi i fatti, a voi le conclusioni!

utilizzato per due notti in famiglia. Abbiamo fruito dell'appartamento Veronica, molto ampio, pulito con tutto il necessario se si vuole pranzare / cenare in alloggio. Dotato di ampio giardino attrezzato anche con giochi per bimbi, ping pong e calcio balilla (peccato per le zanzare). Si parcheggia quasi davanti la stanza e si è autonomi con le chiavi. Consigliato se si vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in zona (Modena e altre città da visitare ...), oppure per una tappa durante un lungo viaggio.

Abbiamo fatto tappa pernottando per due notti presso uno dei monolocali della nuova struttura e siamo stati molto bene. Immersi nella campagna emiliana abbiamo potuto visitare Maranello e Modena, trascorrendo qualche ora sulle vicine colline osservando il tramonto e il paesaggio in totale relax. I ragazzi si sono divertiti nel parco di cui è dotata la struttura.
