Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Airport, GA

We had a horrific one-night stay here due to the extremely loud people in the adjoining room next to us. We were unable to sleep at ALL and respectfully request a refund. The hotel should not be renting out adjoining rooms unless it’s to groups of people who are traveling together/families. There was a HUGE crack (gap) between our doors and as result there was no privacy or quiet whatsoever. Our “neighboors” were yelling, playing extremely loud TV until about 5:00am and had no sense of courtesy whatsoever. After trying to sleep for hours with no success, we called the front desk and asked them to make a courtesy call. While we believe the front desk person did the best they could considering the situation (she knocked on their door and tried to call them), they did not respond and kept their loud, obnoxious behavior  going. The hotel needs to much better sound proof their walls and ensure privacy between adjoining rooms ESPECIALLY when they are strangers. We had never experienced anything like this in any hotel ever. Respectfully ask for a refund — we would have been better off staying at the airport for the evening.

The staff is rude and some obviously aren’t aware of the policies. We requested a late Checkout because we had car issues on the drive down and needed to take the car to a dealership and pick up a rental. We were told at 11:15 they don’t have later checkouts and we had to take all our luggage and sit in the lobby. The elevators and WiFi were both out so carrying all that luggage down three flights was not fun. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.

Stayed here on our way to NJ. It was easy to find...right off of I-95. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. They offered a nice selection of breakfast food. We would stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Two small complaints: WiFi was weak in our room and shower shampoo bottle says “squeeze gently” but it took all I had to get shampoo out if bottle. Popular place as 95% of parking spaces were taken. Would certainly stay here again.

Took forever to get hot water, shower door wouldn’t stay closed, tv didn’t work and elevator shook and vibrated when we used it.

Room was great, but the big difference was Damon and how he helped us out getting our luggage. After a long day and night of traveling he did all he could to make the situation tolerable.

Good for basic hotel. Clean room and helpful staff. Plenty of hooks and rails in bathroom for towels etc but not much provided as toiletries.

Room was excellent including heat/AC unit. Staff were all friendly, polite and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was also good. Only drawback was noise from inconsiderate neighbors in the next room over (not the fault of the hotel, of course) and planes taking off early in the morning (again, not the hotel’s fault). Location was excellent, an easyfive minute drive from the airport.
