Location is great - short walking distance to Old Town. Old Town has interesting retail shops & plenty of restaurants. Front desk staff friendly. Rooms are big - typical motel size, with a dash of fun colours. Clean, WiFi works. The complimentary mudpies & RC Colas are a very nice touch. Breakfast adequate. Room rates reasonable.

The hotel service is very good. A deposit of 20 yuan is required by credit card upon check-in, cash is not accepted. The hotel is a motel and the curtains always had to be closed due to the exterior corridors. The room was damp and the towels were not easy to dry. The toilet exhaust fan is noisy and cannot be turned off. The toilet light is inductive and inconvenient to use. Breakfast was a variety of donuts and coffee. The actual usable area of the room is 21 square meters and the floor height is 2.55 meters. The hotel is not cost-effective. The hotel faces north. There is a main road in front of the door, which is noisy. The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. Across the road is the transportation hub bus station, which has Greyhound, buses and free city buses. It is also convenient to go into the city, just a 5-minute walk away. The city is small and can be explored on foot.

good: location and the bedding seems clean bad: shabby furniture; though there was a machine to make a coffee or tea in the room there were no cups to drink it. the towels were a SHOCKER, there were holes in one, the half of the rest of them were almost disintegrating with thread coming out. also, when we checked in the counter around the sink wasn't clean.

The room was clean and the staff were super friendly. It was a nice start to the day to sit on the bar stools with a cup of coffee and doughnuts while planning for the day. Only reason for giving a 4 instead of a 5 was we were in the room above the office and kept hearing random banging while trying to sleep.

Good location, very quiet. Cool retro color scheme and furniture. Very comfortable bed and pillows. King Suite was very spacious, with table and chairs , floor lamp and love seat. RC and moon pies upon arrival. Coffee, juice, water, hot tea and doughnuts available all day. Popcorn available later in the day. Everyone at the desk was very helpful. On/off trolley located less than a block away.

Room was clean and perfect. The housekeeping ladies are kind and helpful. The woman working the front, I think her name was Crystal, she was not so kind. The ********** website for the hotel was misleading. The hotel is NOT .7 miles from Forsyth Park. There was not breakfast. Only donuts and coffee. Plus we had to pay $25 to park in which was not mentioned on the website
