The staff is really kind, always here to help out or for any question. Had a wonderful time with the guides and an amazing experience overall. Would totally recommend. Everyone is really friendly and you feel like at home!! Keep it that way !!

The hotelstaff was very helpful in planning our activities. They have a nice menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel staff wants you to have the best experience! They grabbed us away from the breakfast table, as there was a rhino in the streets, this was an amazing experience!

If you are looking for a place to stay this is the one. They have excellent rooms and very good food, also their customer service is exceptional, they help in everything they can!! We booked everything through them and all with a very reasonable price, and of course we had an amazing experience for the 5 days we stayed there 😁

I stayed there for only one night, then i changed the hotel. The rooms are very dirty and for this money you can get a much more better hotel room. But i felt most uncomfortable with the guys in the hotel. Some guys were rude and i didn't felt being respected. So don't go there, you'll find better hotels.

Excellente expérience à l’hôtel National Park Sauraha ! Le personnel est charmant et très serviable, toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons passés 2 nuits dans l’hôtel, notre chambre était un peu petite mais disposait de tout le nécessaire. Le lieu est paisible, entouré de rizières. La marche au coucher du soleil, la randonnée + safari en forêt ainsi que la danse typique Thura valaient vraiment la peine. Le tout organisé par l’hôtel. Nous avons été récupéré directement au tourist bus park et déposé pour notre voyage retour à Katmandu (Directement réservé auprès de l’hôtel) Je recommande à 100%.

Sweet sweet people! Warm and caring, arranged everything for us. The Safari walk and guide were AMAZING! He knew everything there is to know about the animals and where to take us- we saw so many! Thank you so much, will definitely come back :)

I had a great stay here! The staff are all very friendly and the food in the in-house restaurant is delicious. They organise all of the tours - they were all fantastic. I got to see many wild animals including rhinoceros, elephants and crocodiles. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer a free pick up and drop off at the bus station which is very convenient. The arranged safari tours were the highlight of our stay, we got very knowledgeable guides on every tour for a very reasonable price. We were even lucky enough to see a wild tiger on our first day of walking safari!
