We recently visited Satara for Business work. We stayed in Fern Residency. Staying and living with such a reputed chain in Satara for a couple of days was overwhelming experience. Services provided by Hotel were smoothing and luxurious. Staff was very supportive and cooperative....Breakfast was very delicious and in variety. Vaibhav, Umesh, Pratik, Isha, Siddhi and Aditya provided very good service and served delicious breakfast. Thanks to Team. The movement we arrived, greeted by the soothing sights and sounds of nature. Every meal was delightful fusion including farm-fresh ingredients and expertly crafted recepies. But truely elevated my experience was the presence of the farms attentive manager, who seems to anticipate our every need with effortless grace. From arranging farm visit to offering insightfu recommendation for their dedication to ensuring our comfort n enjoyment was truely commendable. The food was not only delicious but also a wonderful reflection of the natural bounty around us. Especially MR. SUJIT PAWAR dedication towards guest satisfaction while having food was evident in every interaction, making us feel truely valued n care for us. As we left the nature escape, we felt rejuvenated and deeply greatful for the experience. The combination of exceptional food and outstanding service from the attentive manager created a memorable stay that we will cherish for a long time.

Our stay at Nirvana Eco & Agro Resort was an excellent break from sedulous life.The place is in the lap of mountains and away from the buzz.There were 06 types of different cottage,We stayed in an A-Frame Cottages,the views and sound from the wind which cave in from alee mountain were splendid! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the villa, the next best part was the fantastic infinity pool, activities for kids and zip lining.They have whale of varieties in indoor and outdoor games like Archery, Cricket, Badminton, Chess, Ludo and Many more things. We amazed to see such an active housekeeping staff. The whole team made sure and ensured that all of our needs were met on time and attended professionally. They start with Yoga-Meditation in early morning with professional trainer, They took us for Organic Strawberry farm visit with plucking, We enjoyed Cricket in noon, We went for trekking (I can't even describe in words the view from there). We made a whoopee in Karaoke, Last but not least the Common Bonfire for all the cottages was the best part, where we mate some unknown peoples and they turn into the true friends,I love meeting new people, I think everyone has a story to tell. We should all listen sometimes. They has great verity in buffet for breakfast.The food was excellent and service is damn prompt. We had pasta platter here with sizzler which was awesome.They were very conscientious about gluten allergies. The restaurant has a vey nice ambiance and proper management.The food,The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. We loved the stay here, this place has nice rooms with AC, washrooms were neat and clean,24hour hot water, intercom & some rooms with balconies. Staff was helpful. Ample parking space was available for vehicles. The owner is very friendly. Must visit Tosif

We were 11 people visited mahabaleswar and stayed in jivanta. Excellent spacious rooms. Well maintained. Friendly staff. We stayed in first and second floor. As some of us were senior citizen, we suggested for a lift to be installed, which would enable people for easy access to their rooms. The hotel authorities assured that they would look into this. Would surely recommend this hotel to customers.
