The house owner was very devious in her ways not trying to understand our situation that our car broke down and that we could make it in her check in window. Kept on making it hard to meet her too, and she did not accept in our situation to move to another day! Terrible service even though her place looks nice. So we never managed to stay there...☹️ But Trip was fast to respond and help me with compensating me with a fully refund even though the owner refused to refund us several times and even threatened to call the authorities on us! Such house owners and hosts should be removed from all the platforms.
