This was not our 1st time here, Hotel location for access to town centre is perfect, car parking is plentiful and its worth using the underground parking if you want to keep your vehicle cool, staff are brilliant always.

The most environmentally conscious hotel I've ever stayed in. No drinking water goes down the loo, the air-con switches off if you open the window, there's a complimentary (glass) bottle of water in the room, which is refilled every day so there's no need for you to buy it in plastic bottles, and the staff are happy to fill your refillable water bottle with chilled water from the bar. (The bar also stocks some very acceptable, local organic beer!) Clean, spacious and comfortable double room for single occupation. Plenty of hot and cold choice at the breakfast buffet, and a good range of restaurants nearby.

Accueil très bien. Une chambre PMR spacieuse et très bien adapté et très propre. Personnel sympathique La salle petit déjeuné et petite par rapport à la taille de l'établissement d'où les fauteuils roulant on du mal à passé . Mais le petit déjeuner reste varié , copieux et bon.

I was charged for reservations I cancelled months before the original reservation (booking was refundable and cancellations were made well ahead of time). When I contacted them to let them know about the error, their response was pretty hostile. Currently disputing charges directly with the booking agent, who confirmed the reservations were cancelled and I was not supposed to be charged. Mistakes are mistakes, and I was happy to work with them to resolve, but their response was unwarranted. I will not be booking here in the future.

Cet hotel Ibis du groupe Accor est proche du centre ville de Sarlat-La-Caneda. La chambre attribuée était d'une taille satisfaisante mais avec une decoration et un ameublement peu agréable ; la salle de douche et wc était tres petite. Passable.

We last stayed here three years ago. The location is very good, a 10 minute walk to the old town. There is good, free parking. Rooms are big. And clean. Excellent WiFi. But no fridge and no safe. I was unable to get the AC to cool the room. I think, since the hike in energy prices, the availability of AC has changed. The bathroom was very clean. Last time I gave it a 5, but the AC merits a point reduction. Having said that, next time in Sarlat, we will definitely stay here again.

Great location, within walking distance of the town. Clean and comfortable room. Staff very pleasant and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice
