Currently staying here and so far it’s been a horrible customer service experience. Staying in a room with 4 people (1 couple and 2 teenagers) no linen provided for pull out bed. When called down to reception we were advised that there is no housekeeping and we’d have to come down to reception ourselves to get the linen. Staying x 3 days, room has not been made up at all by housekeeping, when asked at reception was advised that housekeeping is only provided for stays exceeding 4 days. When asked for additional towels, reception hesitated to provide. Paid for daily parking yet received a $60 parking violation in the parking garage…for no reason. Stay here if you expect zero service fora very basic room at a high cost
