We have very much enjoyed our stay here. We had wonderful service from the lady at the desk who was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal and it is modern with a great pool area. Our room was'nt big but had a panoramic view of the bay which was spectacular. We would stay here again.

Localisation : 5/5 Accueil : 5/5 Check-in/out :5/5 Chambres :4/5 taille moyenne. Personnel : 5/5 courtois, disponible, très efficace. Laverie : 5/5 Propreté: 5/5 Impeccable Piscine : 5/5 Petit déjeuner : 5/5 buffet très varié, personnel très attentif et professionnel. Parking à l’hôtel. Nous avons passé deux nuits au Butrinti. L’un des meilleurs hôtels dans lesquels nous ayons séjourné en Albanie.

Não recomendo de forma alguma , escolhi o hotel por ter academia , apesar da academia não ter professor eles fecham7:00 pm pedi para usar um pouco depois do horário e fui extremamente mal tratado pelo funcionário, péssimo atendimento, pior hotel que fiquei na Albânia .

Une horreur, 5 étoiles filantes sûrement car mérite tout au plus 3 étoiles pour la piscine et le « spa » si on peut appeler ça comme ça. Restaurant bien trop cher pour le rapport qualité prix, beaucoup de suregelé… + 30 minutes d’attentes entre le premier et dernier plat ( nous étions 5) Personnel souriant et agréable mais dénué de sens du service (ex: obligations de payer une boissons non consommé car je cite « la femme de ménage à retrouver le couvercle de la bouteille fissuré » ) Si tout de même vous souhaitez y séjourner prenez des photos des consommations avant passage du service pour ne pas avoir de surprise. Je déconseille fortement le rapport qualité prix n’est absolument pas au rendez-vous. A ne pas faire à Sarandë !!!!

Il ne mérite absolument pas les 5 étoiles. Zéro rapport qualité prix, le personnel n’est pas accueillant du tout, un spa sans eau par contre la piscine est très jolie ! De plus, lors du Check out le personnel ouvre les consommations dans les chambres donc faites attention !!! Si tout de même vous souhaitez payer une fortune, prenez en photos les consommations de vos chambres. Je vous déconseille fortement!

I went for a holiday with 3 friends and stayed here for 4 nights. We had lovely quiet rooms with excellent air con and balconies with a great view! The pool was lovely and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the swim up bar. Unfortunately the breakfast was a little stale and seemed like it had been left out for a long time but we went down quite late (9-10 each morning) so that may have been why. The sauna was broken which was upsetting

Erster Eindruck war gut. Hotel ist recht neu. Zimmer sehr klein und Hellhörig. Außerdem hört man abends den Partylärm der umliegenden Kneipen und Discotheken. Essen ist lecker. Personal unterirdisch unfreundlich. Lage sehr gut, wenn man gute Anbindung an den Hafen und Nachtleben sucht. Eher nachteilig, wenn man etwas Ruhe möchte. Ausblick Richtung Meer ist herrlich.

Hmmm…looks good but a bit of an odd place. Can’t put things on your bill for example…almost there but no quite….it says 5* but in what country. There are a lot of hotels in the area, maybe look at them first.

Cette hôtel ne mérite de loin pas les 5 Etoile Personnel pas agréable, surtout à la réception pas professionnel du tout. Bar de l piscine manque toujours de boisson jamais de monnaie en retour. Les chambre réserver étais pas les bonne à l’arrivée malgré nos réservation et pour cela on nous a demander un supplément. Consommation au mini bar 1x bouteille de vin = facturer 2x bouteilles de vin 1x bouteille d’eau = facturer 2x bouteilles d’eau Odeur très désagréable dans une des chambres Ne conseille absolument pas cette hôtel
