The hotel is very clean, quiet space, open and beautiful view, the owner is very enthusiastic and thoughtful, the chef cooks very well, suitable for our family's taste, the only downside is that it is far from the market center. The commune is nearly 2km, so it's a bit inconvenient (this is not significant if you like to walk). I will come back next time.

Wonderful location at the entrance of Fansipan cable car! It is away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd in Sapa city, and is located in the quiet and peaceful mountains area. Buggy services to drive you to the entrance of fansipan, also has scheduled shuttle buses that brings you to city centre. The receptionist can also call for a cab for you that is generally well priced. The cool is small and cute, but was too cold for me to swim outdoors. There’s a small indoor heated pool which is pretty but crowded at times. The staff team is helpful and kind generally. Hotel buffet breakfast is adequate, liked that it came as a package with the hotel. New hotel too so that means clean place!
The only con is that their beauty services are average for a hotel, so might not go back to their services. Otherwise I would love to be back here!
Thank you once again 😇 we enjoyed our stay!

I'm writing this because I don't want you to feel the same way. You should definitely avoid this spa. Are the people who give good reviews a sakura? I don't want to give even one star. I received a set of steam sauna, herbal bath, and massage. [Good points] None [Bad points] - English is poor and explanations are difficult to understand.・He comes in while I'm changing clothes, and doesn't close the door properly.・I don't try to close the window even though it's noisy outside. Do you know the meaning of spa?・My lower body gets cold because the amount of steam in the steam sauna is small. ・Herbal baths are lukewarm. Herbal baths are supposed to be filled with hot water. It felt like it was about 37 degrees and it was getting colder and colder. I can't get enough hot water. On the contrary, it got cold.・During the massage while you are lying on your back, a warm pad is placed on your shoulders and lower back, but it is too hot. Even though I was given a towel, it was still hot and I was left with low-temperature burn marks for a while.・I'm not good at massage. It's too complicated. A woman with long hair. Just having my hair messed up on my head makes me feel very uncomfortable. Just touch the legs and body repeatedly in the same motion. It moves quickly and is weak. She's probably an amateur who doesn't know anything about massage. Moreover, during the massage, the woman's hair touched my skin, which made me feel uncomfortable.・Finally, your body will be wiped with a hot towel, but it will cool down quickly and you will be scrubbed with the cold towel, making it uncomfortable. And the towel was stiff and painful. - After the event, the woman leaves, but after changing her clothes, she returns and waits with a smile on her face, eager for a tip. Are you an *****? It's the worst anyway. I won't go there again, and the spa attached to the hotel is really bad.The hotel is also pretty bad. I want my money back. Even if I get paid, I don't want to accept it.

Location - The view is overrated as all the roads and constructions are in plain sight with tons of vehicle noise. Room - Terrible, we came back to our room full of ants and ant eggs that seemed to fall from the roof. To make it worse the room had been made up by the housekeeping. We got a swap of a new room but it was full of flies in the room itself and we had to use the mosquito swatter to eradicate the pests before we were able to fall asleep. Service - We need to call for the buggy service each time we need to leave our room for meals or to go for the site seeing as the room is an extended part of the resort. Each time we called for the service, we were told to wait outside the room (full of flies around), at times we waited for close to an hour. Crew - Best Crew award goes to the mosquito swatter, without it, we wouldn't be able to sleep in peace. The rest of the crew are basically just VERY concerned about whether we purchased the tickets for the attractions or have booked the transport to the city. Generally only recommend this place as a bed and breakfast instead of enjoying it like a resort.

I received a room upgrade service as a great opportunity for a beautiful view.
Even though it rained, I had a great day with a beautiful view and I am disappointed.
It would have been great if the weather had been nice, but even if it rains and is a bit cloudy
Beautiful view and no communication in Vietnamese
We did our best to provide the best service using English and body language.
They helped me use the facilities comfortably.
Breakfast is not a buffet style meal.
They bring it to you when you order, so you can enjoy a variety of eggs.
You can eat as much as you like without being heavy, such as fruit, yogurt, and rice noodles.
I was able to have a refreshing breakfast with a great view.
Best accommodation! Highly recommended if you go to Sapa :)

First I didn’t notice the location is 20mins away from the city, i paid 250k dong for 1 way (this is my mistake)
2- The view here was stunning! If you want to break a city life, this is a must! Super relaxing!
For the food, the have a menu but don’t expect too much but still good.
3- The owner/staff are all nice, emailed them coz there’s typhoon in Taipei last few days before my flight and they agree to keep my booking till i reach there. The communication at this hotel was exceptional.
It was 2 night stayed but I need to go back in Hanoi but sure i will go back again here with my husband.
Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️
Topas Ecolodge is situated 18 km outside of Sapa town, (a 45-minute drive). The road meanders through valleys, local villages, and mountains and can be expected to be in poor condition at times. You may have to stop once in awhile to let a buffalo cross the street! Our bungalows were surrounded by pure nature with rustic but comfy interior design, hoping to help you completely escape from everyday life and immerse yourself into pure nature. You can spend the whole day on your private balcony mesmerized by the mountains, in our two saltwater infinity pools, or the Rice spa. We are so excited to welcome you here at Topas Ecolodge and our little slice of Vietnam. So go ahead and escape your busy city life and truly experience the peacefulness and authenticity of a real mountain getaway.

GGuest UserReally good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.
Ggav.tedAmazing stay at Sapa Town! The location is walking distance to the shops in town but not too near so much so that we can still enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place. Aliana hotel is the place to stay for when you visit Sapa Town not only their beds are comfortable, the room space and service is great! Kudos to Loang and the team at Aliana who speaks great English and provided excellent hospitality and service!
We had a great stay at the Dragon Hotel. I booked my trip originally through a third party company and needed to change the dates of the trip. The third party company said it’s non-refundable and wouldn’t let me change the dates so I simply extended the trip. Turned out the hotel owner, Kieu Anh tried to reach out to me to accommodate but I didn’t know. She was so kind even before we arrived at the hotel. While we were there, we hiked up Mt. Fansipan and had to leave at 5am on the day of. She woke up early at 5am to make us pho for breakfast before we left. I was so appreciative. On the first night we arrived, I mentioned that I love steamed rice roll so she made it for us for breakfast the last day we were there. She was simply amazing. I was so touched. The room was very nice and spacious with a cute balcony. The location was extremely convenient. While we were there, Kieu Anh also helped us exchange money (she gave us a good rate) and they also have laundry service which was so convenient. If you want a hotel stay with a homestay feel, you must visit the Dragon Hotel.
GGuest UserVery good hotel, I stayed with 2 teenagers and they had their own room and I had my own. It was Family suite. Amazing breakfast! Very clean and service was pleasant. Location near by the city. Everywhere walking distance. Only issue we faced there were a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise started at 8am. So just check in the construction update and you may have more pleasant mornings
YYeing Yeing Hannah SohSilk Path is located a distance away from Sapa Town but the hourly shuttle service made going to the town convenient. The advantage of the location is Silk Path is therefore quieter. The grounds are beautiful. I love the room and the view. Breakfast comes with a wide variety of food, and the gym and pool offer options to burn the calories off. What makes Silk Path stand out in the exceptional service. I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to my friends, and stay there for my future visits.
TTravelholicday The service attitude of all the hotel staff was very good, which made our stay experience even more satisfying. We stayed for two nights. The room and location were very good in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was super delicious. We need laundry service, they also provide it, the price is not expensive, give it to us before checking out!
GGuest UserLoved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.
GGuest UserThis is very close to downtown Sapa, but in a quiet location, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is not familiar with Sapa geography for the first time. Although it is a small hotel run by locals, you can feel the careful consideration of the hotel to give you a clean and cozy feeling. Above all, the kindness of the hotel staff and the guide to the tour gave us a great help. I would like to recommend this hotel to travelers who are pursuing a jisoka-like sightseeing.
”This place is very close to downtown Sapa but located in a quiet area, making it highly recommended for those who are not familiar with the geography of Sapa. It is a small-scale hotel run by locals, but you can feel the hotel's meticulous care in providing a clean and cozy atmosphere. Above all, the kindness of the hotel staff and their helpful travel guidance were of great assistance to us. I would recommend this hotel to travelers seeking an authentic and enjoyable experience.”
GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed here. We enjoyed the following: Location: close enough to the town center but just far enough to be away from the noise. We typically walk about 7 minutes to get there or go in our rental scooter. Sapa is small neighborhood that you can get to the Cat Cat Village or any other village from any location you stay in town. We care about peace and quite at night so it was great. Room: was very clean and had a great view of the center down below. Service: staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast: we enjoyed the coffee and Pho every morning.
Booked through Agoda. The room was ok from photo but in reality it was far less than what is presented. Room is small with poor lighting (natural and lit), also need some upgrade on furnitures and TV programs. I also had trouble with getting the hot water to work where I had to ask the reception twice for help. The first boy don’t understand water is not hot but warm then left me in the room. So I had to go up again a second time. The second boy came and let both the sink water and shower water run for 3-4 mins and then finally we got the hot water came. Such a wash on water! Could do better with upgrading the hot water system. I feel guttered that I have to make the water run to waste everytime I need a hot shower. Lucky it will only be 2 nights.
