I don't really like carpet in hotel rooms, but this is a personal preference. The carpet looked pretty clean. The key (card to enter the room) did not work 3 times during the stay. So, I had to go down to reception and ask for activation, which irritates me. But it wasn't the fault of the staff, who were friendly. The pool and gym were under renovation and this was not informed during booking, which I don't think is correct. The location is excellent.

I was surprised that no one of the receptionists spoke Spanish for what it had to be in English, of course. I stayed 2 days (13-15 of August)in room 2417 located in Tower 2 Well equipped, comfortable and quiet. For my taste, the bathroom was a little old in both the sheets and the equipment but it worked perfectly and was clean. The best breakfast. It was extremely varied and rich. I loved the cheese bread XD. The negative part is that I had to ask for the modified invoice because the data were incorrect and I left the hotel without it. It took 4 days to send it to me ... a little overdone being a business hotel.

The hotel is very well located, offers comfort and quality, but the maximum score was not possible due to a occurrence in the restaurant. I contracted the half-pension option, which would give the opportunity for a meal selected by the restaurant. However, when questioning the garçon (Mr. Jago) about a possible exchange of selected dishes, the same was sarcastic with us, instead of simply being obvious and clear (yes or not). So far everything is good, despite the constraint, but in the right of the garment to be arrogant or not, or to answer in the way he understands well, what happens is that the same garment simply forgot to make the request of one of our dishes. We had to choose between the dishes selected by the hotel, one for entry and another for the main dishes, and we asked for the change of dishes and we were treated in an inappropriate way, and to worse the situation, the main dishes simply never arrived. We just like the entrance, we are worried that we are more concerned about repaying the client than at least doing the minimum order for which we even pay and do not repent.
