I loved everything! nice and educated staff, well-variated breakfast, the architecture of the attractive location, the perfect room with views for the Farol Santander, the wonderful towels!! And the shower? ALL!! I hope to come back soon :)

Located in a relatively safe area, this is a relatively historic hotel, so the facilities are not new, the hair dryer is still the oldest one, but everything else is OK; the front desk staff is very friendly, and the security guards also remind you not to take out your phone on the roadside; just pay attention to your own property safety. I feel that the hotel cleaning staff is not very clean, I didn't bring my wallet with me one day, and later I found that 10 US dollars was missing. Because I didn't find it on the same day, but a few days later, I can only think that I accidentally lost it somewhere.

I stayed in more than 10 different IHG's Holiday Inn and InterContinental units worldwide, most of the time on business. I have never seen such top top quality in terms of hotel management and service like what I witnessed at Holiday Inn Anhembi, Sao Paulo (maybe the biggest unit of the brand in the world). 1. quality of service; 2. quality of gym; 3. taste of food; 4. silence; 5. quality of aircon; 6. positive attitude of all employees. Very good indeed. Congratulations for the performance!! It is for sure a 5-star management.

In an older hotel, there was no hot water in the faucet in the room, the hair dryer was broken, the toilet was broken, and the air conditioner panel was a bit broken after changing the room the next day but it was usable. It is relatively close to the exhibition center. It takes about ten minutes to walk. It is convenient to eat and shop. Opposite is Carrefour and a shopping center.

Breakfast is general, Western food, Chinese people may not really adapt, only eat a few pieces of bread and milk, others look at their own taste. The room was very well laid out, with a desk and chair behind the bed, and the back wall was a very large mural TV at the front.

Well located hotel. The lobby is very beautiful. The catering is delicious. The breakfast is great: quality and variety! Eggs Benedict are excellent! The staff is very good especially the porters … thanks to them 😉

Location - A+++ Hotel lobby - Best Western 2020 Hotel room corridors - Best Western 1990 - smelly and banged up Room - Best Western 2010 - clean, large and banged up Breakfast A++++ (best in Brazil, outstanding selection and quality. Pool - dirty and un un used - 4 chairs for the entire pool which is in the courtyard with no direct sun. Overall simply a tired hotel that needs upgrading where it matters and not the foyer for selling rooms. Great value for your money.

Qoya Hotel Sao Paulo, Curio Collection By Hilton We stayed in Qoya Hotel Sao Paulo, Curio Collection By Hilton for 3 nights during our holiday in Brazil. The main reason we chose the hotel was due to positive reviews, reasonable pricing and the link to Hilton. Overall, we had an excellent stay that we truly enjoyed. The hotel shines in location, cleanliness, modern decorations of the rooms. We would definitely come back and stay here. Here is a detailed evaluation of specifics: Welcome: Our flight was arriving at 6:00 a.m. so we ended up at the hotel before 9 a.m. where we didn’t have any high expectations that we would be offered a room. We were greeted quite warmly when we arrived. The check-in staff quickly checked our reservation and told that the check-in doesn’t happen before 2 p.m. However, they had rooms available and they offered to check us in early for half a day’s extra cost. We opted to leave our bags in their safe and wait until the check-in time without any problems as we already had plans and we didn’t need the room beforehand. However, it would have elevated our check-in experience even further if these available rooms were offered in more of a courtesy manner, rather than trying to make money out of these limited times. The room: When we checked into our room, we were impressed with how modern and comfortable the room was. The aircon was working perfectly. The minibar was fully stocked and they offered free drinking water which is a necessity. The bathroom was recently refurbished and had perfect water pressure. There were plenty of bathroom amenities with good quality material and they all smelled amazing. The rooms were a bit small but the size limitation was well compensated with the quality of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding and we didn’t want to leave our beds. Overall, it was a great experience and everything in the room was in working order. The hotel: The hotel is extremely clean and very nicely decorated. You can feel that it is a brand new hotel and the location of the hotel is the biggest advantage. You just take a few steps and you are at the Paulista Avenue with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The central location also makes it easy to take an uber to go anywhere in the city. Restaurant: Unfortunately, we didn’t use the restaurant of the hotel but there were two cool restaurants available. We cannot comment further as we enjoyed the wide variety of options on the Paulista avenue. Service: The staff are extremely positive and helpful. We didn’t experience even a single questionable behaviour and their professionalism was top notch. Overall: We loved our stay at this hotel and we would definitely come back to stay again in our future visits to Sao Paulo. The location and the modern decoration are definitely the biggest advantages. The rooms are slightly small but it wasn’t a problem for us at all.

The best hotel I stayed in Brazil, the hygiene, facilities and breakfast are all good. The location is also good, it is within walking distance to POLISTER Street, it is convenient for eating and shopping, there is Carrefour EXPRESS next to it, it is also close to buy fruit drinks, it will be my first choice next time I stay
