Breakfast is general, Western food, Chinese people may not really adapt, only eat a few pieces of bread and milk, others look at their own taste. The room was very well laid out, with a desk and chair behind the bed, and the back wall was a very large mural TV at the front.

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo e com ótimo atendimento. Quarto amplo e pouco iluminado, banheiro é aberto, separado por box de vidro, se não for ficar em família é bem estranho. A cama é bem confortável, mas o travesseiro bem duro, até pedimos substituição na segunda noite mas fomos informados que eram padrão, e não havia outros. Café da manhã bem fitness eu gostei, mas meu esposo não curtiu muito por não ter muitas variedades (tinha uns mini bolinhos e eram industrializados apenas), mas na mesma rua tem a Bella Paulista então seu café pode ser salvo. Me hospedaria novamente mas levaria um travesseiro pois fiquei com dor no pescoço.

Hotel meets the requirements. In my single room (1109) I only had a problem with the shower, which in the first bath did not heat up properly and when it did, the water was very weak. I had to keep looking for the right register to open everything and leave the shower decent, which I couldn't do the first time. Good bed, clean bedding, good arrangement of sockets, good hair dryer, ok towels. Acoustic insulation is not strong. It was possible, from the bathroom, to quietly hear the neighboring guests. Breakfast was good, with the exception of the hot drink machines, where the ”mocaccino” was very weak. Friendly staff and ok cleanliness. I recommend.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

The hotel has been renovated since I stayed there last time around 2015. Very good room. Special thanks to Suzana, who was responsible for the cleaning of the room. I couldn’t find a single spot of dirt, anywhere in the room. It made me feel safe during this time of the pandemic. Staff was friendly, check-in and out was smooth and the breakfast was very good. Some aircraft noise, but that’s a problem in whole area and not hotel’s fault. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located in the centre of São Paulo with easy locomotion to any point of the city. The hotel is close to the negative points of a large city, and offers security and tranquility in the hotel's dependencies. Parking on the site. Breakfast with varieties and staff always requested. Surely a great hosting option.

Ótimo hotel. Ótima estrutura, piscina, localização, café da manhã. Simplesmente ótimo. Único ponto de melhoria seria a simpatia da recepcionista que nos atende como se nos fizesse um favor. Fora isso, somente elogios. Com certeza voltarei.

Having read reviews about this hotel I expected 3 star basic, and this is exactly what I got. I was only staying for one night, so it was adequate. Arriving later in the evening we did check in quickly and got to the room. It was clean but old. Everything looked like it could benefit from renewing, refreshing or just revamped. Bathroom had seen better days but what could have been easily improved was the towels. Practically thread bare, and the bedding was thin and worn, just disappointing. Windows were extremely dirty and balcony door was sealed shut for Health and Safety Purposes. It didn’t make the room feel comfortable and definitely not relaxing. Gym was very basic and again in need of replacing machines and an update would be beneficial. Breakfast was also basic. Bread choice was the best thing about it but there was little in the way of appetising items. It was breakfast and nothing else. I took what I needed to fuel up but I didn’t feel treated at all which as a tourist in a foreign country I like to ‘want to try local food’ this didn’t happen here. The location is very good, close to the place of business trip, there are more restaurants around. The supporting facilities are some like Samsung hotels in the mainland. There are no slippers in the room. The room card needs to be brushed at the front desk every day. Breakfast is OK.
