O hotel me surpreendeu positivamente, principalmente pela cordialidade, atenção e carinho das pessoas que ali trabalham! O hotel é antigo, porém me senti super confortável e segura naquele lugar. Destaco a atenção e carinho da equipe da recepção, em especial Carolina, Cleibson e Leonardo que muito me ajudaram a situar pelo local e me deram excelentes dicas e suporte.

O Braston Augusta pra mim que viajei a trabalho foi ok! Gostei bastante da estadia e do atendimento da recepção que me fez sentir confortável com o lugar. Os recepcionistas Clebson e Leonardo foram excelentes no atendimento. Deixo apenas uma ressalva que no quarto ao menos que fiquei , poderia ter tomada ao lado da cama , mas fora isso , tudo muito bom! Grato pela estadia

Fiquei no quarto 208 , que nas fotos eram top, porém quarto extremamente velho , porta não fecha se não bater com força , televisão não é televisão e sim um monitor de computador velho , quarto não tem cobertor , ar condicionado de janela velho e com cheiro forte . Não volto e não recomendo!!!! NOTA ZERO

Mid-range hotel with excellent location (in the heart of Augusta and close to everything for those on foot or by car). The staff was always very attentive and polite. The facilities are not new and the maintenance is not up to date (flush, air conditioning, shower, sockets) but it is within the expected value. Parking is charged separately and the advertisement is not exactly clear.

localização boa, perto de shopping, bares, restaurantes, baladas, parque. Achava que seria barulhento a noite, já que fica bem no meio da Augusta, mas do quarto em que ficamos não dava pra ouvir nada, a menos que abrisse a janela. Ar condicionado antigão mas eficiente. Café da manhã regular. O quarto era amplo, arejado, lençóis e travesseiros super limpos. O chuveiro excepcional, bastante pressão e fácil de regular a temperatura. O que mais se destaca é o atendimento, raras vezes me senti tão bem vinda e acolhida num hotel. 10 estrelas pros colaboradores Fernando, Júnior e Breno! Foram muuuito educados, solicitos, simpáticos, eficientes! Merecem muitos aplausos
