Excelente hotel! Um dos melhores que já fiquei em São Paulo. Estrutura nova e limpa. Atendimento foi muito bom e o café da manhã excelente! O quarto e o banheiro era muito bom, com uma ótima roupa de cama e banho. Com certeza volto mais vezes a este hotel.

It was a very nice hotel, clean and above all, the staff was very friendly. I had a problem because I forgot something in my cab, but all the staff were very helpful. Since I do not speak Portuguese, Mr. Heleno was able to handle the interpretation with the cab person over the phone. Because of the limited time, I had to make several phone calls to the cab driver, and he was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to him, I was able to receive my forgotten items safely and I would like to express my great appreciation to him. This was my last day in Brazil, and it made for a very productive and good Brazilian trip. Muito obrigada!!!

O hotel é novo é super confortável. Café da manhã com várias opções. O pessoal sempre solicito e agradável. Muito bem localizado. Camas confortáveis. Apenas uma observação. Faltam guarda roupas e vc não tem onde colocar suas roupas.

Very professional and accommodating staff. Mr Souza at the desk goes above and beyond. Hotel was remarkably clean, breakfast outstanding, and in a great neighborhood with good restaurants and shops close by.
