Ao entrar na recepção, levei um susto! Será que entrei em outro hotel? Estou mesmo no Ibis? Sim estava no hotel certo. Porém surpreso no sentido bom . As fotos falaram por si só. Ok, fui para o quarto e pensando, deve ser aquele e velho padrão Ibis. Ops, entrei em quarto errado? Não, não entrei e mais uma surpresa boa e limpo. O pessoal da recepção tanto da noite/madrugada e da manhã/ tarde muito gentis e pró ativos em lhe ajudar e dar dicas. Aproveitei e fiz uma refeição no hotel. Primeiro o pessoal segue o mesmo padrão de gentileza do pessoal da recepção. A comida saborosa, valeria mais a pena se viesse mais. Resumindo, vale a pena se hospedar neste hotel.

Lobby reformado, bem decorado, café da manhã bom, mas os quartos precisam de reforma urgentemente e estavam bem sujos. Viemos a trabalho e estávamos com 3 quartos, todos na mesma condição.

Hotel com funcionários cordiais, porém, fiquei em um andar que deveria estar sem receber hospedes, com reformas, mofo no carpete do corredor, instalações eletricas velhas, a tv deu um curto e parou de funcionar.

Muito arrependido !
Horrível, sou cliente desse hotel a muito tempo porém, fiquei 6 meses sem visitar São Luís e só agora voltei. Fiquei com uma péssima impressão do que vi na acomodação, quarto com mau cheiro, todo “ mofo “ teto estava cheio de fungos.
