Prós: Atendimento ótimo; Tem uma boa máquina de café à disposição no lobby; Chuveiro muito bom; Possui ducha higiênica; Armário muito bom; Existe um mercado do lado e um supermercado bem perto; Elevadores rápidos e silenciosos. Contras: Ar condicionado com funcionamento confuso; Café da manhã com poucas opções salgadas, apesar de opções doces variadas; Cama extremamente mole; Portas dos quartos fazem muito barulho; Os corredores dos andares não têm carpete; Manchas na roupa de cama.
