Não sei nem por onde começar fomos para a festa de réveillon chegamos no sábado dia 30 fiquei mais de 1 hora na fila pra fazer o check-in a noite o jantar era tema de buteco aquilo podia ser tudo menos o tema citado só tinha coxinha , quibe e a batata não era o suficiente sem contar que ficamos um tempão na fila porque não tinha mesas o suficiente para todos muito mal organizado a música também não era de buteco comida ruim ou seja tudo errado. Feijão queimado No almoço do outro dia o Feijão ainda estava queimado muito ruim a comida sobremesa sem variedade horrível. A festa foi legal pra dizer a verdade foi a única coisa legal. A recreação horrível fraca sem personalidade foram fazer uma atividade de dança na piscina não sabiam dançar e a menina disse que estava com vergonha na verdade uma delas parecia ter a idade da minha filha 10 anos. Muito ruim sem iniciativa e criatividade era preferível nem ter. Mo café da manhã do dia 01 colocaram todo o resto da sobremesa no café nunca vi isso daí vem a pior parte no almoço era resto também da festa e não tinha sobremesa apenas abacaxi porque não colocaram no almoço ao invés fo café? Funcionários despreparado para tudo totalmente perdido horrível não volto mais. O banheiro da recepção estava sujo o lixo é pequeno enche rápido e o povo já não tem onde jogar vai pro chão. Já sei a resposta pós a mesma é pronta trabalho em hotel e pelo que vi ali a melhora não existe podemos reclamar a vontade ma organização e administração.

After 7 years of my stay in this hotel, I will re-evaluate with the same number of stars (3). There was no much improvement compared to the Slaviero season. The position next door improved the infrastructure, but it is not good. The location is good only for those who need to be near the road, from the big businesses around it. It still does not have many dinner options. The hotel serves a varied cartridge for dinner, but you will always have to go to the center if you want something different. The pool was perfectly good. The breakfast is very varied, but the rooms are small and without a good sound isolation. Amenities are the basic. I had to buy a shampoo because what I had there was too drying my hair.
