Hotel well located, we had an unforeseen with the collection being made twice, unfortunately there was an error that passed through 3 hotel attendants, then it was solved through a payment transfer, so at this point everything was solved. The pool area, despite reporting being covered and heated, heating is minimal, leaves it from ice to less ice, unfortunately the cover is well damaged, has several holes on the roof, during our visit, they ended raining and there are pinks across the pool area, which is almost impossible to use.

As instalações são ok, encontramos um pequeno problema no funcionamento de um aparelho elétrico, mas foi dada uma solução paliativa que resolveu nossa demanda (minha sugestão foi que o Hotel tivesse um aparelho reserva, disponível, e não fixo no quarto); outro pontos são as vagas de garagem - apertadas demais para um carro médio/grande. A comida é deliciosa e foi difícil tomar o café rapidamente porque estava tudo muito bem preparado e havia funcionários fazendo a reposição. De modo geral, a experiência foi muito boa.
