I had an absolutely perfect holiday at Banyan Tree Sanya during the Mid-Autumn Festival. A special mention goes to the hotel for thoughtfully preparing a birthday cake for my companion on our first day, which was a wonderful surprise for everyone. On our departure day, knowing we had a late flight, the front desk proactively extended our check-out time to 1:30 PM, allowing us to relax and refresh without the rush and pressure of catching our flight. The entire trip was peaceful and comfortable, with exceptionally meticulous service that truly showed Banyan Tree Sanya's dedication. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Sun, a staff member at Banyan Tree Sanya. During our stay, Sun was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and responsive. From the birthday decorations to coordinating our check-out, everything was handled perfectly, making us feel incredibly well cared for. It's because of excellent staff like Sun that our Mid-Autumn trip was so fulfilling and memorable. The next time I visit Sanya, I will definitely choose Banyan Tree Sanya again and highly recommend it to my friends and family!

The hotel's environment is breathtakingly beautiful, facing the sea with blossoming flowers, exuding a romantic vacation vibe everywhere you look. The hotel service deserves immense praise! From the thoughtful arrangements for airport transfers, to the 24-hour on-call front desk, and the convenient luggage storage, every detail made us feel right at home. The family-friendly facilities here are also incredibly comprehensive, making traveling with kids completely stress-free. What surprised me the most was the hotel's location. Step outside and you're greeted by the stunning coastline of Haitang Bay. It offers both tranquility and super easy access to the Sanya Duty-Free Shopping Complex. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation in Sanya; it's definitely worth countless revisits!

Environment: Top-notch. The lobby is grand and impressive from the moment you step in. Atlantis Sanya is a relatively luxurious, well-equipped, and new hotel in the coastal area of Sanya. You can eat, drink, and have fun without leaving the hotel, making it perfect for families with children. The basement floor has MINISO, CHAGEE, and several Western restaurants and Southeast Asian restaurants that are all delicious. There are also shops where you can easily buy sunscreen products, so you can come empty-handed and get everything you need here in one stop. 🥳 Highlight 1: Attentive service. Upon check-in, you're assigned a dedicated 1-on-1 customer service butler who connects with you via WeChat and is available 24/7 to fulfill your requests. Special thanks to our butler [Little Sea Bunny]. All my requests, including a memory foam pillow, a humidifier, and a lovely little dolphin plush souvenir, were met and fulfilled. We also received a very generous welcome fruit platter. 🩷 Highlight 2: Rich and varied buffet breakfast. The buffet restaurant is huge. When you enter in the morning, the staff immediately help you find a seat, ask what you'd like to drink in advance, and bring coffee or black tea directly to your table. The cuisine selection is extensive, covering both Chinese and Western dishes 🤓. Highlights include Vietnamese pho, Hainanese fried noodles, and their perfectly authentic poached egg bread. The Western bread, sandwiches, and baked pastries are all freshly baked and of high quality. There's also authentic Indian curry and rice, which is very rich and goes well with rice. The special pandan pastries are wonderfully chewy and a must-have every morning. The water park downstairs is free for in-house guests with unlimited access, which is very convenient. It's also a great spot for photos, and there's even a dedicated photography service available.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied with the service. It was a great experience for our family. A special thanks to Kat, the English-speaking staff member. This staff was incredibly kind and helpful and took care of everything we needed. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, from Tianya Town to Haitang Bay, this one had the best service. Days before check-in, they called to inform me I'd have a butler, which really put my mind at ease. Then, Jill🥒 turned out to be an absolute gem! She always replied instantly to messages and solved any problem immediately. She's truly a reason I'd happily return to this hotel. Now, about the facilities. We got a room upgrade during the off-season. The floors were a bit old, but after staying at several hotels, I've noticed that hotels in Sanya with good locations aren't usually brand new. I was initially worried about bugs, but there were none at all. The kids' club is huge, with plenty of indoor activities, more than enough for kids under 6. I'd even say it's better than Regent. It's not far from the beach either; you just walk through a small path from the hotel and you're pretty much there. Breakfast was decent, not exceptional but definitely not bad. And the water quality at Dadonghai was much better than Haitang Bay this time. I'd probably choose this Dadonghai hotel again on my next trip.

Overall, I'm very satisfied! A big thank you to our butler, Hellen, for the thoughtful service. She always responded to messages immediately, solved problems promptly, and was incredibly accommodating. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but after experiencing it myself, while the hotel's hardware might show some age given how long it's been open, the service was truly excellent and lives up to the brand's reputation! The experience was fantastic! The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and was very plentiful. I've never seen a hotel serve breakfast until 11:30 AM, which was perfect for us late risers. It made for a wonderfully relaxed day. Thank you! The hotel's parking lot was also spacious with plenty of spots, making it ideal for those traveling by car. We truly enjoyed a relaxing vacation, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sanya.

Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s worth noting that the hotel caters primarily to Russian tourists, so much of the signage, tours and information are aimed at Russian guests. As an English speaker, this sometimes made things a little more difficult, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my holiday. When I arrived, I had a couple of issues with my room. The hot tub took over an hour to fill, and the water wouldn’t stay warm while it was running, so I wasn’t really able to enjoy it. The charging ports in the room also weren’t working, although the hotel kindly provided me with an adapter, which solved that problem. Unfortunately, the hot tub issue was never resolved. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food each morning. The swimming pool was also lovely—warm, clean and a great place to relax. My biggest concern was the fish spa. I initially thought seeing a dead fish was just a one-off, but I noticed dead fish in the spa every day during my stay. That made me question how well the spa was being maintained, and I hope the hotel looks into this. The staff were always kind, polite and helpful, and despite the few issues, I had a lovely stay overall. With a little more attention to maintenance, particularly in the fish spa and the hot tub, this hotel would be even better.

Our comfortable seaside trip began at the Mangrove Tree Resort in Haitang Bay. Our butler, Ella, provided meticulous service, offering travel recommendations in advance and responding promptly to any issues, which made us feel incredibly at ease. The hotel's garden lawns create a wonderful ambiance, especially romantic at sunset. The iconic helipad offers a stunning panoramic view of the entire bay, truly breathtaking. The selected travel photography exceeded expectations; they didn't force poses but were good at capturing natural expressions. The photos taken on the lawn and helipad turned out exceptionally well. The beautiful scenery and warm service brought a perfect end to our Sanya trip.

After reading many reviews, I chose this hotel, and my overall experience was excellent. The front desk staff, other employees, and the concierge were all warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive to every request. The hotel is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast spread is rich. It's also convenient to order food delivery. The front desk gave me a high-floor room with a fantastic view; I could see the sea right from the window. On a clear day, I could even catch a stunning sunset from the balcony. Evening strolls by the sea were lovely, with the sea breeze and the sound of the waves being very therapeutic. For my vacation next year, I'll definitely be back to this hotel to relax by the sea.

We planned two days in Haitang Bay during our Sanya trip. Initially, we booked a hotel-style apartment near Atlantis Waterpark, which had high online ratings. However, as soon as we checked in, we were shocked by how old and outdated the facilities were. We negotiated with the hotel, paid a 30% cancellation fee, and checked out. Afterward, we rebooked at the Wanda Realm Resort, and both my daughter and I were pleasantly surprised: 1. The facilities were incredibly new, and the hotel lobby was grand. 2. The service was excellent. 3. The location was superb; the beach was just a short walk away. 4. The hotel had a full range of recreational facilities. The pool water was very clean, and there was a foam party in the afternoon. In the evening, there were plenty of activities, including a lawn movie and a bonfire party. My child had an absolutely fantastic time, and both of us felt it was incredibly worthwhile. The hotel also has a Hainan Li Village restaurant, which has a beautiful ambiance, reasonable prices, and, most importantly, delicious food! I highly recommend this hotel! It’s the best one I've stayed at in Sanya~
