"Overall, our stay was quite good and comfortable. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the service was decent. However, there was quite a lot of noise from the construction/building next to the hotel, which was a little disturbing, especially during the daytime. Other than that, everything was generally good and satisfactory."

"I chose Atlantis Sanya for my husband's birthday celebration, and the hotel's service truly exceeded my expectations. Besides the birthday decorations, complimentary cake, and small gifts, the hotel butler, Xiaoxueyu (小鳕鱼), was incredibly thoughtful. She anticipated my needs even before I did. On the morning of our departure, she still asked if there was anything else I needed, and offered to arrange a packed breakfast if I was leaving early. It was truly heartwarming. Aside from the excellent butler service, the restaurant staff within the hotel were also wonderful. For example, at Poseidon Bay Lobby Bar, I wanted a chocolate cake, but it was sold out. The staff member was very kind; she immediately asked the kitchen if they could make one on the spot, though it would take about 45 minutes. Since I had plans afterward, I didn't get it. However, her gesture made me feel very respected. The water park was also a lot of fun, and the facilities were well-maintained and still felt new and clean. At the very least, the restrooms in the park were clean. The aquarium and the dolphin meet-and-greet are definitely worth visiting. It's crazy how many facilities one hotel has. Atlantis Sanya has many restaurants. Honestly, there are options for every budget. For more affordable dining, you can go to the food court-like area. If not, the hotel even has a takeout spot for guests to order food. The hotel also has Tea Live and Ba Wang Cha Ji, which is very good. I tried the Saffron seafood buffet, and there was so much food! It was crazy to see a whole fish freshly steamed. The fresh seafood selection wasn't extensive in terms of variety, but there were many different types of shrimp, crabs, and shellfish. The cooked food options were also plentiful. There was seafood congee, many cooked seafood dishes, and I would be even happier if there were more dessert choices. I look forward to more new things and different experiences on my next visit."

"Considering the price comparison, Four Seasons Haiting Hotel definitely deserves at least a nine out of ten. The price isn't high, the environment is great, the service is excellent, and the facilities are complete. The swimming pool and gym are both very clean and tidy, and the gym equipment is brand new. I really liked the shower in the room and the large bathtub on the balcony; the water pressure was strong, making for a refreshing shower. Van, the young man at the lobby, was professional and efficient. He handled my check-in very quickly and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Excellent experience!"

"If you have high expectations for hotel facilities, convenient dining and transportation, or proximity to the beach, then you can disregard my review. For us, a beachfront 5-star brand-name chain hotel holds no appeal because its direct beach access is public, full of motorcycles, horses, horse manure, and vendors. The sea view from such hotels pales in comparison to the breathtaking mountain and sea scenery from the Cranesbill's pool, accompanied by the sounds of birds and the fragrance of flowers. For example, even the clean beach and waters of the Park Hyatt didn't convince us; there are plenty of well-designed hotels out there. A twin room there, at the same all-inclusive price as a 5-star overwater bungalow in the Maldives, simply doesn't measure up. After three years, this is our second family vacation in a Cranesbill Suite. We again chose a suite here, mainly to avoid the typical high-rise hotel environment with rooms packed together, people squeezed into elevators, and long queues for the breakfast buffet. We need a quiet, nature-immersed resting environment and privacy. We don't mind taking a shuttle bus or Didi for meals and getting around, as long as we can stay away from crowded downtown areas. The staff were very communicative and patient. The housekeeping staff were also meticulous and responsible. We will definitely come again; Sanya will always be locked in on Bird's Nest Resort."

"Before I went, I was worried that the villa rooms would be old and musty since the hotel has been operating for nearly 20 years. However, upon arriving at the villa, the room was much better than I expected, with no musty smell at all. The butler, Leo, was excellent and the hotel shuttle was available on call for transportation. The check-in experience was fantastic. Next time I come to Yalong Bay, I will definitely stay at The Ritz-Carlton again. 😊"

"This hotel is super conveniently located right above the 'Big Pineapple' shopping center, which has KKV, MINISO, and a variety of restaurants, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. There are so many foreigners here it feels like being on an overseas vacation! The bathtub is huge and perfect for a relaxing soak. The location couldn't be better; you can catch a bus to CDF (Duty-Free Shop) and other places from the Dadonghai bus stop, which is just a five-minute walk away at most. Breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly fine. We also opted for the BBQ buffet included with our room and were very satisfied with that too."
