Four Seasons Ocean Courtyard Hotel Sanya

We took a room in two bookings for 14 days. We liked everything. The hotel is a little tired, but this did not bother us. It was very important to stay not in the epicenter of all the action. The beach is a 10-minute walk at a leisurely pace. We lived on the 8th floor, the room is two-story. Breakfasts are normal. We love Chinese food, so everything is fine for us. The bath on the balcony is something!! Just delight!!! Now about the staff: every day cleaning, change of towels, consumables (soap, gel, brushes), making the bed, washed floors. Everything was perfect. We were served by a girl waitress 18, for some reason that's what they call her. We are very pleased. If we come here again, then to this hotel and this room. I would also like to mention the girl at the Amumu reception. She is just an angel)) We had a mistake in the booking - be careful with this, I did not look and booked the next two weeks with payment at the hotel. And that means they'll write off the full amount, and then you still have to pay it in yuan at the reception. Amumu tried to help, didn't give up, looked for a translator, calmed me down. In total +1000!

前台小卓特別熱情，對我的要求也是都能滿足，酒店也不錯，就是個別有點潮，熱帶氣候還不適應，住幾天就好了，房間做了升級，還送了小禮物，酒店早餐竟然能到中午，吃的也不錯，為這酒店早餐下次也還要來
