酒店是新裝修的，大堂很高級，房間很大很乾凈，過條馬路就是海邊，我們訂的海景房，前台免費幫我們升級到高級海景，在陽台就能看到無敵海景，同去的朋友都説比前一天入住的喜來登更好，酒店設備設施齊全，小童水上樂園，温泉泳池，健身房等都非常乾淨，酒店管家小何非常負責

酒店設施很新，據説新裝修過，在三亞灣屬實難得，性價比很高！一到大堂就有人幫忙開車門拿行李，還幫忙送到房間，很是熱情！前台經理服務態度好，給予不少照顧，會推薦朋友來的！

酒店環境很好，大堂寬敞明亮，不愧是五星級的酒店，這幾天三亞氣候很舒服，房間陽台看看飛機起降很愜意，前台經理小徐服務細緻周到，我看還增加了機器人服務，很是期待，下次還會再來！
