小細節看出酒店的用心。電梯刷卡上樓的，很安全。外賣也是酒店機器人會給送到房間，房間床很大，設備齊全，衞生幹浄，物品擺放整齊、有序，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店餐廳佈置很温馨，早餐很豐盛，菜品很多，口感不錯，餐廳員工也熱情，周到，很滿意。出門前詢問前台員工當地有什麼好玩的，非常熱情的給我們介紹，還給我們拿了礦泉水，提醒我們天氣涼，加衣服之類的，真的太貼心了!酒店服務非常好，這次入住很滿意

入住時讓服務員安排一間光線好的，無線和電視也很好用，電視畫質也比較清晰，空調電視也好用，服務熱情周到，前台接待服務態度很好，很親切，早餐好吃，乾淨，洗衣房乾淨，書吧乾淨，服務很細緻，打掃衞生的大姐很熱心。
