I really like the hotel, but they need better maintenance.
1st room had a tiled floor and the window did not open, I changed it.
2nd bedroom I believe the bed was broken, but I was tired and I stayed. I spent a sleepless night due to the mess of guests who were even playing ball in the hallway.
3rd bedroom, finally peace.
I'll be back, but with the right room.
The staff is very attentive!

É um hotel simples, me hospedo semanalmente a trabalho, mas especialmente nessa última vez, encontrei o banheiro sujo, box com diversos cabelos na parede, vaso sanitário sujo, água quente suja saindo na pia e ducha. O restaurante não estava funcionando, como sempre.

Hotel incrível e atendimento excelente! Destaque para Nicole (reservas) e Rúbia(recepção), ambas atenciosas e carinhosas com o atendimento. Café da manhã tbm estava incrível. O quarto é aconchegante e confortável com uma vista linda!! ❤️🫶🏻

Limpeza do quarto e banheiro insatisfatórias, cheiro de mofo no quarto e lençóis com marcas de maquiagem. Banheiro tinha vazamento de água do teto que caia em cima da pia. Localização e café da manhã são as únicas vantagens. Não voltaria para este hotel.
